Katchakid Reviews

Had my fence and leaf cover installed yesterday. Couldn't be more pleased with the communication, on time installation and quality of product!

We just moved here from Utah and it was our first time having a pool in our backyard. With our kids being as little as they are, we knew we had to protect our pool. Doing some research led us to Katchakid. With all the positive reviews we decided to go with them. The team of installers, Lavandis, Tony, and Mike were efficient at getting the job done and left no mess at all. The orientation of how to operate the cover left me with no doubt that I could handle it. If you are considering a pool net, go with Katchakid!

Great job done, we are happy with the pool cover .

Excellent service and professional work. Very pleased with my pool cover

I am very satisfied. They were completely up front with the timeframe and they were at my house on time when they said they would be. Also very helpful showing me how to put the cover on and take it off. And it works great.

Very pleased with my new leaf cover. Service was excellent - always a timely return phone call. Questions answered. Jaime Gonzalez was very punctual and extremely helpful! His measurements were perfect! Thank you so much.

Great service! We are happy with our spa cover. It's a little harder to take off than we had thought but we are getting the hang of it.

I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of Katchakid safety net and leaf cover . The sales representative was extremely helpful, answering all questions and providing the options available. The craftsmanship the workers was outstanding and the demonstration to remove and installing the safety net and cover was very detailed made easy for me actually do it by myself. With this product Katchakid the name itself give me a peace in mind that with my little ones around I can trust that they are safe around my pool. I highly recommend Katchakid to anyone who is looking into buying safety net or their other products. Thank you .

Was exactly what we were after. We have a large yard with the pool set away from the house & did not want a fence blocking the view of the rest of the yard. This worked perfectly & though we always watch, it gives us that added layer of peace of mind that the pool is secured when little ones are around. Since anyone who has been around little kids knows, they are here under foot one sec & out of sight the next.
We also added the leaf cover. I would add a photo of it catching all the leaves falling of the tree that used to go into the pool, but they just blow off the cover. So it always looks clean!

Outstanding experience. The Katchakid installer was Marvin Rodriguez. The appointment was made, confirmed a few days in advance, Marvin arrived on time as promised, estimated 3 hours and finished on time. Marvin was polite, professional and explained all that he was going to do and what I needed to do to maintain the cover.

Net and cover look great! The gentleman that installed was courteous and fast. He went through the install and removal. We are very pleased.

Very friendly, quick and professional response to request for a bid, great communication, the installation team was fantastic and the product is just perfect! Very satisfied with Leaf cover for our pool!! Highly recommend!

Pool cover was installed few weeks ago. Installation was done very professionally, very accurate and no damage to our flagstone deck. Actually started to use it few days ago (put it on), it took me 10-15 min to fully install it since I have some hard to reach areas around waterfall, but after all set and and done it looks fine and keeps our pool clean from leaves and debris. Hope it will last for years, so far so good.

Jaime arrived early and got the job done quickly! He showed us how to install and uninstall our new cover. He even let me video him showing us how so we won't forget! Great experience. :)

I was looking for a pool cover that would keep my 2-year-old granddaughter safe when she visits and, also, is not distracting when looking at the backyard. I found the answer in Katchkid! The installation was quick and is visually appealing. The removal process was thoroughly explained and uncomplicated.
I'm extremely happy with my decision!

The tech that installed my leaf cover was very respectful. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up after himself very well.

Very pleased

They came out and knew exactly what I wanted. Gave me a very reasonable quote for my kidney shaped pool and took my deposit right there. Came back a week or so later and measured the cover and installed the flush mount tiedowns. A week later Jaime came and installed the cover, showed me how to do it by myself, and answered all of my questions. It even came with it's own roller/storage rack!! Definitely pleased and WILL recommend them to ALL my pool owning friends!!

Jaime did an excellent job of explaining the installation and the removal of our new leaf cover. The whole process from ordering to installation was very professional.

The whole process with Katchakid was flawless from start to finish. Georgina did an outstanding job explaining the process and ordering details for our leaf cover. Carlos and Marvin did a great job on the installation. They arrived on time (early actually) and had all the materials and tools that they needed. Carlos went above and beyond on his directions for installation and removal of the cover. Both of these gentlemen did a great job! Our pool cover looks awesome! Thanks, Katchakid!!

Installer arrived on time. He was extremely professional. Worked hard and diligent. Very friendly and showed us how to install and remove cover. Would highly recommend Katchkid.
