Katchakid Reviews

I was very pleased with the work and timely manner to get the work done. We have been debating on getting a cover and are more than pleased with the quality. Lavandis and Mike were very professional and did an awesome job installing it. They were very informative and explained everything to us about the product and warranty information. Thank you again for great customer service and professionalism.

They traveled a long way and did an excellent job. The cover and net look excellent.

Very happy with our KatchKid Leaf cover. It fits very snugly and looks like it will do a great job of keeping the neighbor's tree out of our pool. It looks very nice and fits flush with the decking so should be easy to blow off debris before removing.

Great job by Santos, the technician! He arrived right on time and did everything by himself within 4 hours. Pool cover looks great! Just need a 3rd float for a big pool. Thanks!

Net and pool cover look great, even better than we expected. Sales guy was very nice and no pressure. Installers were friendly and did a great job.

The process was disorganized. I was told 10 days it ended up being 3-4 weeks for delivery. I had to follow up a dozen times to make sure we were on track. I now have questions about having my brand new leaf cover RE-fitted to a new pool because we are moving and I can’t get my salesperson to call or email me. Julie Davidson is on her game and is helpful but apparently she isn’t my salesperson that’s can help me?! (See Disorganization line)
Overall for the price I could not recommend this product to my Texas Pool having buddies. Which there are a lot of them.

Love the cover! Wish we had done this sooner. Made it through the first bad weather storm, and couldn’t be happier!
Everyone was great to work with. This makes our life easier! Thanks again.

Simply stated, I should have done this sooner!
Before my Katchaleaf cover, I had so many leaves get into my pool and past a skimmer basket each fall, that I burned up a pump motor or two over the years, not to mention how much time and effort I spent netting out leaves. Now, I don’t have to run the Polaris as much and my only netting is looking at all the leaves on top of my pool cover! Thanks Katchaleaf.

Lavandis, Robbie and Mike were awesome! They did a great job and my grand babies are welcome to run free in the backyard now! They took the time to make sure I was knowledgeable of how to remove and put the cover back on before they left. The net is secure and safe and looks great highly recommend the tan color blends in awesome with the landscape. High five to all three guys they did a great job!

I had a great experience with Katchakid. I am extremely satisfied with the scheduling and the technician who installed our net/leaf cover combo. Tim Chris was polite and professional. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure it was easy for me to put on and remove my net.I would recommend this company to others looking to keep their backyard safe.

The whole process went very well. The installation took just minutes and the color and fit are excellent. I’ve had the pool 22 years and still can’t believe I waited this long for a leaf cover. Thank You.

Everyone in the Ft Worth Area office, from the person on the phone to the person who met us at our house to discuss the product to the installer, was very professional, informed and friendly. We are very pleased with our cover.

Lavandis and Mike were professional, friendly and did an excellent job of installing our pool cover. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Just got the Katchaleaf product, seems well built. it is a bit pricey but hopefully worth the money in the long run. The demo from the installers wasn't good. the cover was on when i got home and they showed me how to pull a couple of hooks out, but they did not do a full demo. so my wife had to do it one day without me home and struggled with it.

I would recommend Katchakid to anyone wanting a pool cover. I actually got the katchaleaf cover for my pool. The two men that came out were very polite and went to work right away. It was a father and son that came out and worked on my cover. I was really impressed how they measured then cut and sewed all on location. My salesman Mr. Bob was very professional on handling my order and even answered his phone while he was on vacation. Thanks Katchakid

Pool cover is great, functional, and easy on/off. Installers were fantastic!

So happy to have found Katchakid! The sales, service and install of our new safety net and leaf cover were all seamless and professional. I feel so much better about having a pool with small children now!

We had a small spa that needed a cover due to the addition of children. I made an online inquiry and was quickly contacted by Maggie. I was overly impressed with her follow-through during the process. The product was Installed, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the product and the company.

Excellent workmanship, kept the work site clean and it looks good. Now my pool is safe and clean with the cover and net.

Our experience was flawless from start to finish! Our order was taken over the phone by a most pleasant individual who informed us that she could access the satellite photo of our backyard to obtain the measurements of our pool and spa! Jaime arrived a few days later and installed the pool cover without a hitch. This entire process was remarkable! Jaime instructed us how to remove the cover and replace it. He also gave us a disc with instructions as well.
I would recommend this business to anyone considering such a pool cover.
