Lavandis and Mike we’re professional and quick. I couldn’t be happier. The cover fits like a glove

Several weeks ago we decided to purchase a pool cover. After considering our all of our options we decided to purchase a KATCHAKID Katchaleaf pool cover. Lavandis and Mike arrived this morning to install the final product. We were very pleased with the amount of time they spent explaining how to install, remove and store our new cover. They made sure all of our questions were answered. I knew once the cover was installed that we had made the correct choice. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a pool cover. Thanks Mike and Lavindis for a great job.

Mike and Lavandis did a great job. They finished in an efficient time. They taught us how to put on and off the cover and didn’t leave until we fully understood it. Wonderful company and I’m excited we have a cover.

Mike and Lavandis installed my pool net cover this morning, in the wind and the cold, and did a superb job. They also took time and care to make sure I was comfortable with the process to take it off and put it back on. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Mike and Lavandis also suggested covering the pool with this net system over fencing. I hadn’t even considered it. Perfect solution to a very difficult pool layout.

I also was very happy that Pearl kept calling me to keep me on track and follow through to make my pool safer for my grandchildren as well as my dogs!❤️

Here is what I liked about the process. Bob came out and measured the pool and described the process thoroughly. He gave me the quote right then and there. He told me it could be installed within 2 weeks and it was installed 2 weeks to the day later. The two men who came out completed the job in 4 hours (I have a giant pool). They explained how to take it off and put it back on. The grommets in the decking are unobtrusive which I like. I am looking out at my pool cover right now and it has about a million leaves on it which I will not have to skim out of the pool!

Great and fast service for getting my pool ready and getting the cover delivered. Lavandis and Mike work fast and get the job done right. They were even great when I had to reschedule. It works great and it looks great.

Working with Joe for a pool cover option to protect our grand-kids was a pleasure. the netting was the best option for our backyard with the HOA regulations. we did not want to put up a fence around the pool area, but still gain protection. the pool net comes off and on within 10-15 minutes each way and stores comfortably.

Katch a Kid is great. We’re 100% satisfied. The net itself provides safety and piece of mind. There is no forgetting if the net is on/off. We didn’t want an automatic cover or a gate as those are easily able to be opened by kiddos and easy to forget if it’s locked/covered. The net does require work to take off/put on, but again, it provides all the safety you need. The net is great, too, because it “blends” in and is flush with the pool. No obstruction of view. The customer service at Katch a Kid is as good as it gets. Pearl is wonderful and took care of us administratively. The crew that came out to measure and install were awesome-Mike and Lavandis. They always gave me a heads up when they were en route. They answered all my questions, gave a great tutorial on how the net works, and were on time, professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend Katch a Kid, and the Tempe office.

Lavandis and Mike did a great job with full explanation and demonstration of the cover. Feel so much better now with my two year old granddaughter spending time in the backyard!

KatchAKid did a beautiful job on our pool cover. The keepers are barely noticeable, and the cover fits perfectly. We were pleased that he project from start to finish was so quick, yet the highest quality. Already we’re enjoying less stress of pool care, and believe it will increase the longevity of our pool by keeping it cleaner. And the safety issue is the best. Overall, we are very pleased!

Very professional and helpful. Interesting to watch how they customize net and cover for your pool. Very informative and knowledgeable in teaching how to put on and remove the net and cover. Feel much better now having this system on with dogs and small grandchild around.

Katchakid did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it on our leaf cover and it looks and fits great. Very good experience
I would recommend

Lavandis and Mike did an efficient job installing the net, took less than two hours including through explanation of how to cover uncover the net. The net holes were a bit bigger than I expected but they'll be fine. We were able to enjoy our backyard last night without worry with our busy 1.5 year old.
