Do not purchase from Katchme - you will be stuck in a repeating cycle of sending an email to their “sales” team for a return process, who eventually, and I mean weeks later, respond, with the same email requesting you email the sales team - and so it continues.
Frustrating and a total scam.

Beware! Never use this site!. Ordered parcel, never arrived, got sent back to sender.... reordered same parcel. Items didn't fit, you have to email for returns label, and then they only offer you 50% of the money back! Absolutely disgusting. Not received any money back for the first order I never received!!!
And, you will see they will respond to this on here, and its a duplicate response, no one gets their money back!!!! It must be illegal

Love my KatchMe Experience!
KatchMe has become my favorite place to shop for clothes! The designs are unique, and the quality is superb. I was a little worried about ordering online, but the size guide helped me find the perfect fit. Their customer service is exceptional, and the delivery was prompt. I can't wait to see what new styles they release next season. Highly recommend KatchMe!
