Pleasantly surprised!

I was actually worried to order from katch me after seeing all these bad reviews on trustpilot but I really reallyliked their trench coats so I placed an order and hoped for the best not expecting amazing things BUT I’m so pleasantly surprised, my order got delivered in 2 days and the quality and fit is absolutely PERFECT! I genuinely got my dream coats from this brand and I genuinely recommend them to others thank you katch me ❤️

I ordered off of KatchMe tik tok shop, I tried on the coat, it was way too big so I immediately bagged it up and returned it.

Katchme rejected my refund, Saying it smelt of ‘too much perfume’, I had never sprayed any perfume on this and wasn’t wearing any either when I tried the coat on.

Update -i didn’t hear off of them for weeks so I disputed this with Tik tok themselves and they have approved my dispute and refunded me back the money.
Katchme would have never of given me my money back if I hadn’t of disputed this with TikTok.

Katchme is a Disgraceful company

Would rate 0 stars if i could. I ordered a coat back in early september and the sizing was way off! So i contacted them and they gave me a few options (great) either keep the coat and get it fixed myself (wouldnt have worked how big the coat was), accept store credit and discard the coat myself or just return for a refund. So i decided to return completely, i had to book a date for the delivery company to come collect it which was a bit annoying with work but ok.. the man came but the return label they had sent me didnt work so he couldnt take it. Bloody annoying!! So instead of trying to arrange a pick up again as i was working the next few days now, i opted for the store credit and discard the coat. I reordered the coat in the smallest size this time (I DID HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY AGAIN MYSELF WHICH WAS ANNOYING) the coat arrived still massively huge and this was suppose to fit a size 8! (I am a 12-14 so sizing is wayyyyy off) so i gave up and returned the coat (worked this time) 12 days later i had to get in touch because i had proof they had received the coat but i had heard nothing, then they said my refund had been accepted but to give them another 7 days! To only find out they had refunded me of the shipping cost and not the actual coat! You said to discard of the first coat which i did and i returned the second coat! I spent on delivery twice aswell and you wont refund me! vile company NEVER BUY FROM HERE! Its a headache start from finish, the sizes are way off and they dont refund!!

I have placed an order with katch me…

I have placed an order with katch me for the very first time and its has not received yet even tho i have given £4.99 for next day delivery, but still there is no update regarding my parcel. I have send them an email as well many times and contacted them on social media as well but no reply. Very disappointing never shop with them again.

Pleasantly surprised

I came across Katch Me on Tik Tok and watched one of their lives and liked the clothes they had on there for an affordable price.
I was a little hesitant to order when I read the reviews on here but decided to give it a go and can honestly say I’m glad I did!

The two piece outfit I ordered came within 3-4 days and was such good quality for the price and fits perfectly ☺️ already been on another live and ordered something else 🤣

Avoid KATCH ME poor customer service

Still waiting for my refund that was delivered back to them on 24th July tracked and signed for. I’ve emailed them and no reply as of yet. Avoid this company.

Most terrible company

Most terrible company. Had one previous order everything fine kept the items and was happy. Second time absolutely diabolical sent me one item the other two are still missing. They obviously don’t care as no response from their “customer service” team. Working from a storage unit in cheetham hill 🤣 should have done some research before purchasing from them.

A disgrace

Didn't receive order, really poor customer service. It’s been months, and still not received order, and issue still not resolved. Katch me not taking accountability and keep referring me to the delivery company they use, as appose to resolving the issue. Their delivery company clearly advise the sender needs to be in contact, not the customer. Despite this, Katch Me keep telling me to go to the delivery company. Unhelpful communication. Money taken, no item, and a lot of effort and frustration to get resolved over the last few months. Still not resolved

Update to KatchMe response below on 03/01/24.
In KatchMe response below, they have said for me to please contact them.
Please note, I have contacted them, and they have continued to be unresponsive for the last 6 weeks.

Prior to this, when KatchMe has responded, it is with unhelpful emails, almost as if to show they've responded, but without actually helping or resolving, like empty promises and a lack of action.

I have had to report KatchMe to the Bank and Klarna, and the company has been unresponsive to Klarna, causing further issues for myself.

This company shouldn't be able to sell to the public

I’m approaching 6 months of dealing with this issue due to their lack of response or action!

TikTok scammers Absolute scam ordered on TikTok told…

Absolute scam ordered on TikTok told 5/7 days for delivery then put it to pre order after 7 days waiting to get dispatched so I then cancel order. I got through clearpay thinking I was safe, they refused refund saying something about chargeback then told me they refunded back to my bank when I said they couldn’t refund back to my bank as I paid through clearpay they said yeh your bank details are on clearpay??? Then they cancelled refund. TikTok don’t want to know nor clearpay so please stay away from these scammers. I will now contact online consumer regulators as I don’t want people getting scammed sent me a reply below about refund, total nonsense I never received a refund or goods

Delivery was taking so long...

Delivery was taking so long i ended up cancelling my order. It seems delivery through tiktok is faster, as those are sent 48hour tracked. I assumed online order delivery would take that long too, I guess not.

SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very quick delivery with my first order…

Very quick delivery with my first order of a trench coat and camel teddy bear slip on shoes in the £30 bundle that I saw advertised on a TikTok live. I then ordered another bundle 2 days later, on a TikTok live, of a knitted co-ord with polo neck style jumper and black teddy bear slip ons. I sized up for comfort on the co ord as I like my tops a bit loose. Beautiful colour in Charcoal and tried it on right away. Top fits how I wanted but the legging style pants are about 8 inches too long (I’m 5ft 4) and the slip ons are a tad smaller than the previous pair I’d bought in the other bundle.
I’m unsure if the returns policy has improved as reading previous reviews below it’s not the greatest. So I’m wary of sending back and not receiving replacements in the shoes to size up…..the co ord I’m going to see if I can get the length taken up by a friend who’s a seamstress, but I believe when you’ve purchased a bundle you have to return all of it and not just the item that doesn’t fit? I’ll email anyway and ask but overall a very quick delivery for the first order and next day delivery for the second order.
