The folks here are doing amazing work! They helped make a custom dream piece come true. Communication is a little slow but don’t worry they are a family business so even though it takes a day or so to receive a response it is nothing to be worried about. I already received my ring I even got it checked out by my local jeweler and they confirmed the stones used were 100% real. Thank you guys so much you made this process easy for me as local jewelers and big jewelers wanted double to triple what I was about to get and were no where near able to customize like y'all did. Thank you!

Had a amazing a great experience the ring came out looking gorgeous, my now fiancé says that it her if she was a ring. Even though there was a rush to the project they where able to guide me into the best option it arrived in time to the destination. Great work love what you guys are doing and I might just need your guys help for the wedding bands

Honestly I thought it was a scam at first when i saw them on tiktok but when i sent in my design they were in constant contact with me. Any questions i had or adjustments i needed made to my preference, they didn’t question it and did the most amazing job i could have hoped for. Not only are they great at staying in touch, but their quality and craftsmanship is beyond what i expected. The ring they made is beautiful and exquisitely made. Its even better than what i imagined it to be. If you ever want to get your dream engagement ring, i would not go to anyone else because they will make your dream ring a reality.

It is perfect in every way and more beautiful than I had imagined, and almost half the price of what it would have been elsewhere. I found out about Katcustomrings through Tiktok. Although at first I was extremely worried about the legitimacy of it because I just thought it was too good to be true, I was proven wrong on all levels!

I went into the process without knowing much, but the staff carefully and wonderfully helped me design a perfect ring, clearly communicating with me through each step. It took about a month between initiating the process online and physically receiving the ring through UPS.

Where to begin. We'll never forget the unique and amazing experience we had with Kat Custom Rings. Long story short, our rings were not going to be delivered in time for the wedding due to FedEx mishaps. You can imagine the stress we felt since it was out of our control. Even our guest at the rehearsal dinner were nervous for us as we joked that we were going to get rings from Walmart for the next day. However, Chase and his team went above and beyond to save the day. They stayed in communication with us, assuring us that we'd have the rings, and then they kept their word- ended up flying out on our wedding day to hand deliver me replacement rings, blessing us with even more than what we expected. As we said our vows, my wife was surprised with the most amazing wedding band because she hadn't seen it yet. It's now one of our favorite God-stories to tell others. We have recommended Kat Custom rings to so many of our friends because we're all amazed with the rings and their genuine customer service. And not to mention how my wife constantly gets complements on her rings!

I've known Kimmy for years and when it came time to think about rings, she was the first person I thought of! She runs a one-woman show which explains why her prices are so good.. low overhead! She is honest, communicative, and super easy to work with. She was able to take my wife's Instagram posts (of the ring she wanted) and custom make a ring that looked just like it! I was so impressed. We got exactly what we wanted for a great price. I will never go to a big diamond retailer, Kimmy is the person to go to!

The communication was great. I sent Kat some designs for an engagement ring that my now fiancé had in mind, and Kat came back with a stunning ring well within my budget.
