So annoyed I did not come to trustpilot first, all these bad reviews with mine now one of them.

PRODUCT: Rubbish, long wait only to be utterly disappointed at end result, poorly stitched, terrible fabric, awful detail and looks horrible on, absolutely no good points to this item.

PRICE: fortunately I paid sale price, £38.99, still stings though.

DELIVERY: the item took weeks to arrive, it needn’t have bothered, perhaps they’ll give me a full refund

CUSTOMER CARE: zilch, they have poor people skills, and clearly press copy & paste to each request for full money back. They offer, 40% which swiftly declines to 25%, if you send back it costs YOU £25.

Consumer beware, CLARE and KATE will scam you,

I wish I had come to trustpilot and read the reviews first because I was also SCAMMED !
Devastated because I wouldn’t have sent them back. I’m not expecting a refund now.
Very unhappy that they are able to operate this way. Please trading standards investigate these people!
I ordered via facebook, lead to believe it was a uk company when in fact the shoes came from china. I waited weeks for them to arrive. When they did eventually arrive they were in just a plastic bag, damaged and nothing like the advertised shoes.
It has cost £27 to return them (the original price was £44.95) but it was the principle for me.
Having read the reviews on Trustpilot I am now not convinced I’ll get a refund.

If have never before reviewed a company that I genuinely feel needs to be investigated by Trading Standards, prosecuted and then shut down permanently than this one. The products they sell are nothing like the ones they advertise online. They are cheap and of the very poorest quality. They make promises online that they have no intention whatsoever of keeping. They offer guarantees that are non existent and if, after reading this review you still decide to place any business with them, then you would be very foolish indeed.

Absolute scammers. Took my money. I made an order over 100 pounds. All horrible material and didn’t fit. I paid over 25 pounds to return all items back to china and they never refunded any of it. Now emails all bounce back so unable to contact anyone

As experience by many others, they are complete scammers. Shipping out of China, materials which are close to cancerogenic, overpriced. They made me pay to return their goods and they never picked them up. Now receiving emails bounce backs on their email.

Complete scam. They said I had to pay 9.95 EUR to exchange my item and now the email address bounced back. They are high up on a Google Search but are complete frauds with poor quality bad sizing items.

14 emails and 10 weeks later still no refund......

It’s a con company which everybody should avoid. The products displayed on the site and actual quality which comes are totally different. They use the word “ London “ and starts the scam. They are based in China and if you want to return the item you need to spend the money and go through the hassle!!! Please avoid there ads and get conned. Really pathetic quality and nowhere closer to pictures on there site. Con company with con people !

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a shirt that looked very nice online but was in fact horrible - cheap and poor quality. It looked nothing like the pictures. I tried to send it back and get a refund but this company with "London" in its name actually requires you to send back to China - at your own cost! After a lot of back and forth, I managed to get a 50% refund, before giving up (they initially offered 10%!). I'd encourage you to keep badgering them! Anyway the easiest way to avoid all this hassle is to simply ignore their targeted ads and do not buy from them.

This company is scamming the sand me wrong size after 6 months and when I complain the said writ good review first to change it! I refuse so Dont replay to Ky emails after. The have website show the are in London but the are in china.Wors Coustomer service. Don't buy anything from them.

This is a scam company.
Do not use.

If you try to return any items they will send you a returns label then blame you for sending to the wrong return address.

I ordered product online from Kate and found the delivered product to be of low merchantable quality for its cost. The returns policy was poor with only able to return the good and receive a full return by sending them to China at my cost.

I would strongly recommend you take this into account if you purchase online from this retailer

Ordered a 100% cotton shirt and received a 100% piece of polyester that I wouldn’t even call a shirt. Disputed this with the trader and they advised I would have to return the item to China and pay for track and trace. I was quoted £18 to do this! The item received was not as described and if I want to return I have to pay another £18. Fraudulent company who deliberately send extremely poor quality items! Do not purchase from this company.

Buyers beware! The website contains false information which shows it gets a great trust pilot score. TP website suggests otherwise. I was taken in by this and mistakenly didn't check for myself! IMO, the purchase was not as in the picture and quality was poor. While there is a returns policy, items have to be sent to China at a cost to the customer (in my case c.£25). According to other feedback on TP website, it is questionable about whether a full refund is even then administered.

Sadly another who fell for the convincing advert. Only confirming all of the previous reviews.

I actually had an offer of a 30% refund 3 weeks ago for the poor fitting cheap nasty shirts that looked absolutely nothing like the wonderful picture in the advert. Amazing.

I refused that, and invited them to try again. Their latest offer (which had been generously discussed with their manager) came in at 20%. Dear oh dear… might be one expression to sum up the experience but I can think of many that are more appropriate - and one rhymes with bankers…

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHANCERS. Save your £s and go to a shop where you can see and feel what you’re actually buying!

It's a con, DO NOT BUY. This is a front for a Chinese rip-off merchant. Product quality is dire. In my case I received the wrong size shoes to boot! They just ignored the fact that they had made a mistake and said I had to pay to return them to China.

Scam. Returns is a nightmare. I've decided to cut my losses and not waste £25 postage to China.
