The company's service is extremely poor. There seems to be a lack of communication amongst other things within the team.

I purchased a 6x3 pergola at the Grand Design show, and the salesman neglected to mention that this model comes with six posts, despite having seen the measurements and photos of my patio area. Upon delivery, I noticed the box depicted six posts, which would obstruct the opening of our patio doors. I contacted the company to return the item, only to be informed by a staff member that their salespeople are unaware of product details! Seriously?
Moreover, I was directed to the website for information, even though my purchase was made at the show, not off their website!

After scheduling a return, I waited two weeks without a refund. Following up, I was promised an investigation. Another two weeks passed with no refund, and upon calling again, I was told they had no record of receiving the returned goods but would update me within a day. After no call-back in two days, I voiced my dissatisfaction to another staff member, who casually mentioned that such delays are normal. This was shocking, as it seemed they were dismissing my concerns.

Ultimately, I received my refund.
As an interior designer, I will not patronize or recommend this company again. While their products are reasonably priced and appear to be of good quality, the service and defensive attitude of the staff are indicative of poor customer service.

Unfortunately the product was not the size as advertised and I can’t use it on my table and chairs.

Delivery was quick and parts already assembled love the chairs just waiting for some nice weather.

Ordered our parasol and heard nothing from Katie Blake so phoned and was told there was a delay but we would receive an email by the end of the week to confirm a delivery date. No email received from Katie Blake or the delivery company Everi and came home from a visit to our daughters to find the parasol had been left with a neighbour. We are now awaiting delivery of another item so may have to contact Katie Blake again for delivery details so our experience is a very poor service.

Bought storage box. It’s lovely quality and big enough for all my cushions. Unfortunately it came flat pack although on reading the information later it did state this.

Good quality outdoor furniture

Our large parasol was delivered promptly, was well packaged to protect it when it arrived, and was easy to assemble. It looks great in our garden and the large area it covers provides good protection from the sun and allows us all to eat in the shade.

Lovely cushions and ideal price in the sale. Love Katie Blake products we purchased L shaped chair and table two years ago still like new. Saw the scatter cushions in sale couldn’t resist. Highly recommend.

Ordered on the 6th June, about 6 days later the company then contacted us to say they didn’t have the parasol or table and would we take different models to which was agreed. 15 days later still no delivery confirmed. Rang and spoke to customer services twice, they didn’t have the decency to call back. Eventually the order was delivered some 20 days from original order date and it didn’t come with the parasol base. Chased this, still no confirmation of delivery and will chase again today!!!! The quality of goods is good but the customer service is appalling, I would never recommend

We are pleased with the furniture.
Less so with the their discounted offer timings. I bought with a 30% discount and the following week they offered 50% discount. I did call and ask for the extra £165 discount as well. They did honour this.
If not, I would have cancelled the undelivered item and repurchased at the lower price. It just seemed a faff to have to go through this process.

We are happy with the quality of garden furniture, free white glove delivery service we finally received from the company.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is when initially speaking with the service team we were disappointed at their apparent lack of communication, care and for making us feel uncomfortable and anxious as to what is happening with our order and when it was to be delivered.

Needed help with ordering correct one. Sent email had prompt reply. Ordered cover immediately and delivery was very quick. Product is great quality really happy we ordered this product and not going for a cheaper version.
