My furniture cover developed holes Katie Blake would not offer me a replacement as it was 1 month out of a 2 year warranty. Did not even offer a discount. I ordered another one it is far less quality Material and dies not fit the furniture well like it’s not made for it very disappointing

Hello my name is Jack the Chairman at Katie Blake. I have had time to investigate your comments. You originally purchased the cover from one of our retailers in Essex, View Garden Centre and did this on May the19th 2020. That makes it 2 years and 8 months since you purchased it so 8 months over the guarantee not one month as you state. We did offer you a discount as an existing customer it shows on your Invoice we sent to you at 10% existing customer discount. You said we didn't even offer you a discount so that's not true! The new covers do fit and they are intentionally shorter than the old ones allowing air to circulate by not dragging on the ground. You must tie the cover by pulling on the bottom tie. Once again I apologise for any problems but to be honest I am happy the way we handled your complaint.
Brilliant service
We wanted to order our gazebo but needed to know that we had enough clearance above our bifold doors. The customer service was excellent, they even went out and measured it to make sure. The delivery service was so good too, I ordered it Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday morning! We are so pleased with the gazebo we bought- thank you to everyone at Katie Blake

Outdoor covers
Bought new outdoor furniture and got covers to match. Furniture came from local garden centre but they dint have the matching covers so went direct to Katie Blake. Arrived within a few days, excellent quality and hope will last. These covers means that the furniture is warranted for 10 years which is great.
