Katie Cleans has been brilliant since the start. Really keen to meet our needs when it comes to timings, quality of the clean is always good and they're super efficient.

We have been having a fortnightly clean with Amy and so far really impressed. She is always punctual and friendly and the house is spotless afterwards and smells great. Always stays for the full two hours. We would recommend!

Nadine has been coming to clean our 99-year-old Nan’s home weekly, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her work. She is professional, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining an immaculate home. She always arrives on time, fully prepared, and gets straight to work with a positive attitude.

Her attention to detail is outstanding — every corner is spotless. Beyond her exceptional cleaning skills, Nadine is an absolute pleasure to have around. She is friendly, respectful, and always willing to accommodate any specific requests we may have. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she takes great pride in her work, which truly shows in the results.

We are incredibly grateful for Nadine’s hard work and the care she puts into looking after our Nan’s home. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I absolutely love Katie I asked her to sort a clean out for me for a relative as I am bit away from that area and it was a bit of a surprise for them. I was quite nervous because I wasn't there to meet her in person but she was lovely very professional explained everything in detail so there were no shock surprises and my relatives absolutely loved it they actually cried when they got home. Thank you so much to Katie and her team we will definitely be using you again and I hope they signed up to you for a regular clean going forward x

Absolutely diabolical scam of a company. This lady charges £30 an hour but she decided to charge me extra because it was my first clean, I had used the first part explaining to the cleaner where my products and hoovers were and what needed to be done in the house. As a result the cleaner stayed over her time by 18 minutes which I was charged £7.20 for. What’s worse is that she explained my house would be finished in three hours but the cleaner (although exceptional and this is no reflection on her) wasn’t able to complete the lower floor. She obviously takes a significant cut from the hourly rate for doing nothing other than arranging the cleaner to your house. She also claimed the price was high because it was a first clean and that the price of petrol and cleaning products has gone up. If it was a first clean, why does that mean I have to pay DOUBLE? It’s not like my house was in such bad disarray that the cleaner needed more money. It’s just a basic dust mop tidy job like every other clean would be. After explaining I was disappointed that my house wasn’t completed and for £79, seemed a bit unfair, she then calls me, has a massive rant, didn’t give me a chance to explain and hung up. Completely amateurish behaviour so don’t waste your time or your money!

UPDATE: I think it is only fair to respond appropriately to Katie’s response. Let me clarify, I DID agree to pay £30 an hour for a first clean. I asked Katie how many hours it would take for a four bedroom house and she responded that it would be 3 hours at £30 per hour for the first clean. She seemed genuine and professional and I wanted a cleaner who was trust worthy and was willing to give customers the best service for the money she was charging. There was absolutely no issue with the original agreed price. The thing is, I trusted that when she quoted me for three hours, the whole house would be cleaned. The cleaner was exceptional and took great care but she had only cleaned the master bedroom and en-suite, two bedrooms and half the stairs in the house in the time frame Katie promised. For £72 I felt pretty cheated BUT it was my fault for agreeing to pay that extortionate price in the first place. The only thing that bothered me was the fact she tried to charge me another £7.50 for the fact the cleaner went over by ‘18 minutes’. When I queried this, Katie explained ‘the extra is whatever the extra should be’. Without letting me explain, she then called me straight away and had a full on rant at me. I asked her to stop speaking so I could explain her cleaner actually clocked in but took a few mins putting a guest parking permit in her car and then I felt I should show her the house and where the equipment was. I think it’s really unfair to be charged extra for that but had she been reasonable instead of acting triggered, perhaps we could have had a reasonable conversation about it. It’s so disappointing to be let down by yet another company who inflates prices but can’t be bothered to give you good customer service. It’s also disappointing that the quote she gave me was entirely made up as she had never even seen my house but recommended the whole place would be cleaned in 3 hours? I don’t have an issue with the fact I paid £72 but I do take issue that the house wasn’t completed for that extortionate amount and to top it off, I get charged extra for nothing. Katie, with all due respect, your customers and your cleaners deserve better than this. Perhaps you can learn a thing or two from this experience. A good entrepreneur should understand pettiness and over charging customers is not a successful business mindset. You can do better.

We’ve been using Katie Clean for over a year now and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Katie runs a fantastic service — she’s incredibly organised and always makes sure we’re covered. Even if someone is unavailable, she quickly arranges a replacement so we’re never left without a cleaner, which is hugely helpful for our busy household with two full-time working parents and two little kids.

The cleaners she sends are always great, professional, and reliable. Nadine in particular is fantastic — thorough, friendly, and does an amazing job every time.

What really stands out is the consistent standard of cleaning. Katie clearly sets a high bar with her team, and it shows. You know you’re always going to get a really good, reliable clean every time.
