Superb service after speaking to Katie and explaining how I've been let down by another manufacturer of a mattress whereby I've been waiting a month for delivery and no communication at all, Katie just took care of it so my baby daughter has something to sleep on tomorrow.
Just a load off.. amazing.

Later that day, I got all the tracking info over and an email saying to check early evening for the tracking to show.
Item was delivered before 10am the following day, I even got an email from the saying it’s delivered and asking to confirm, followed by a phone call to check also.

Excellent customer service. Called me as soon as my product was ready to collect and we’re very helpful whilst I was in store. They have a huge range of products available for you to see and their set up of displays gives you a accurate feel for how they will look in your child’s room. I brought a cot mattress and needed some advice prior to completing my purchase, the help that I received was prompt and helpful, so I finally completed my order.
Delivery was quick and excellent - all in all very very good .

I received excellent service from Katie’s playpen. I telephoned her regarding delivery times and additional cot bedding products and Katie was so helpful. I can only speak very highly of the service I received and would no hesitation in recommending and using Katiesplaypen in the future.
