Removal of my coupon without permission
I had entered my coupon code and hit order. I had forgotten to click mail to a differ place, so I hit back before I hit complete purchase. When I did that it took my coupon away and wouldn't let me enter it again. It said I had already used it even though I hadn't completed my purchase. So not fair. Do better.
