Excellent service but have a request from coffee geeks
Excellent service, great prices, efficient and organised - I'm really impressed - also, very fast turnaround from placing an order to receiving goods to Slovenia in the EU. They also responded to my enquiry about roast dates on packages with a photo - not many companies would bother but they did - guys you rock and keep up the good work and orders will simply keep flowing in!
One improvement I would make - could you offer a service for coffee Geeks / Enthusiasts allowing to order or even subscribe (for an additional fee or increased coffee price) to be able to order a fresh batch of coffee with roast date within past month? Those, like me, who have heavily invested in makers such as manual lever La Pavoni etc. pay attention to dates and our coffee shots taste best when beans are roasted by 4 weeks at the max. So, it would be really nice if could offer such service for us and ship pre-ordered beans as soon as they arrive from roasters. I would be willing to subscribe, pay extra and wait for the right beans if necessary.
