Once you get past the 15min on hold with greenflag, the service was great and John gf10, was there to find and fix the problem. So 10 out of 10 John. But 6 out of 10 for begin on hold on the phone... thanks again John.

Fantastic service from the initial contact to job completion. It was not an easy recovery; accidental damage, broken wishbone o/s so needed a flatbed truck. John - Patrol KR095 was meticulous and conscientious & made sure not to damage the vehicle further. Would highly recommend.

Part of recovery chain on my car, through Direct Line. Polite, punctual and professional service with car delivered to VW garage for repair. No charge as part of breakdown cover but would use and recommend on basis of the service I received.

Martyn came to help change my tyre, very helpful and friendly service, had to wait awhile for him to arrive but once here he did the work very quickly.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule for which I was thankful. The job was a simple one i.e. fitting a space saver spare, however the job was completed speedily and conscientiously and the technician was a polite and cheerful individual. My first time using Green Flag and I found the overall experience a positive one.

Great service waited less than a hour. Lewis was very polite and professional would highly recommend 🙂

Great company. Yes, there was an expected a time factor between the phone call and the arrival but the assistance was well worthwhile the wait. Lewis tried to find the reason for the flat tyre but due to night conditions was unable to help having spent much time in trying to do so. We were promised a next day transfer to a garage but replacement tyres were not immediately available so we asked for the transfer to be delayed for another day. No problem here; the office staff were first class and understanding. Keith S. arrrived with a low loader the following day and transported the car to a garage for us. All this classed as one call-out only. Every single person who was involved with our situation was A1 in all aspects. Great courteous staff and great help. Five stars to everyone who helped us. Commendations to them all.

Used by green flag. Green flag were fab. It’s the companies they use for recovery are bad. Initially was told at 6pm an hour for a technician. This turned out to be 3 1/2. He Was unable to fix and called for a flat bed to tow me home... a 3 1/2 hour drive. This turned out to be a 5 hour wait for the flat bed! Then a half way stop .. fair enough... only to be told the next flat bed is coming in 5 hours!!! Incredible. Over 13 hours waiting for recovery. With 4 hours driving.
