This company pays minimum wages in Bosnia, the country were the production takes place, do not allow workers union, at least one pregnant woman was fired only for being pregnant among other anomalies.

Surprised by the poor quality given reviews and price. Like the design but chocked by the quality sadly. White cute shoes scraped beyond recognition after first use as if they were made of paper. Contacted customer service and was offered 15% discount for next pair. Not good enough

Great shoes, like that they have focus on both design but also sustainability. Pre Corona I used to go to the store but now I've tried their online shop and am very happy with that experience too. Fast delivery via the online shop and great and speedy customer service.

Ordering was easy, shoes arrived promptly in good packaging.

Bought I pair of wintershoes for 120 euro for my kid. After 3 months it broke. When I went to their store in Stockholm to complaint they said it was normal usage and didn't even offer to fix them nor refund a part of the shoe. I don't recommend this brand to anybody with this extreme poor customer servicve.
