Product Cancelled + Suspicious Shipping Tracking

Upon the date of expected arrival of product, I was notified my product shipment was "cancelled." The shipping tracking site showed that the destination of the package (my location) was written incorrectly. All that was shown was my city's name, written incorrectly, no other identifiers of my address, so clearly they had no intention of actually shipping the product to me. I got my refund because I used PayPal, but I have a feeling if I had directly entered my card I wouldn't have gotten my money back...

Do Not Order!

I was sent the wrong product and the company is saying I'm wrong and won't talk about a refund to me. I'm currently trying to get a refund through PayPal.
