If we did send you the wrong products we do apologise, however our emails are working perfect as we receive emails daily, you can also reply back to your email confirmation, use our live chat support, message us on instagram and message us on Facebook. It’s a shame you didn’t follow through in contacting us and just sent AN email. Giving us a 1 star just because you couldn’t use other forms of contact is a bit disappointing.
