**DO NOT BUY!!**
I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. The doll that came as in no way similar to what was ordered, terrible quality, didn’t even have the same clothing or accessories. Terrible customer service, just all round, the worst company!!

Absolutely horrific. Do not buy from this company. The doll is nothing like what I had asked for it’s clearly a scam it’s more like a £9.99 doll from home and bargains. Struggling to get a refund and they must be shipping from the UK as only took a few days to arrive yet the address online is no idea where, I think China. Emailed lots of times and even the PayPal account.

Just don’t but you will be disappointed.

Absolutely shocking product ordered a sleeping baby. When it arrived it was tiny nothing like to photo on their website. I'm so disappointed, I'm now in the process to try and get my money back

this company is a fake all the pictures on their site are taken from the real artist pages the dolls on that site are garbage pieces of plastic beware All the dolls a fake copies of the real image on their website l would never buy from them

This is a follow up. I receive this doll today. Advertise as Reborn Twin A Lifelike. 18 inches Full Silicone body.
This doll is not a reborn its is a Vinyl doll the hair is rooted poorly and wild looking texture of the hair is very poor quality. This doll does not resemble the photo that is shown on Kay Dora. The box it came in says a 10 month can play with really? The baby will pull out the hair not safe for a 10 month old. Hand painted skin was not done by any artist.
Like I first reported if I had known it came from China I would not have place the order. Soon as I did place the order realize it is from China I try to cancel it. Very misleading the website needs to be shut down. I can say more but I won't. Very disappointed with this company.

I'm sure you can find these babies in B&M and you'd probably even get a free buggy!

Not really understanding why the feedback on here is so negative because I couldn’t be happier!
I received a beautiful little baby boy for my granddaughters birthday and I’ve spent the whole day playing with him! Absolutely adorable!!! His hair was a bit wild and I had to trim it but other than that he looks like a real baby! I also removed some of the stuffing to make him more floppy and put in a rice bag for realistic weight! He’s just perfect and was a very reasonable price! He also arrived very quickly and the company are very friendly to deal with!
No problems here whatsoever I will definitely buy again from them! A+++

Added: I have now bought two dolls from this site as I bought another little girl doll for my other granddaughter and she was lovely! Again no problems I’m very happy with the purchase!
I would say most of the people leaving negative comments on here were expecting to get a £500 reborn for 50 quid…it’s not gonna happen! Lol! These are very basic reborns which you can improve yourself, just as you are meant to do with reborn dolls… The photographs that you see of the doll on the site are of dolls that have been completely done up! You won’t receive one like that lol not unless you’re prepared to pay at least a couple of hundred pounds! Get real people!!
This is not a scam site in any way shape or form, it’s just a place where you can buy cheap reborns.

This experience has been such a headache. The most awful, ugly, cheap doll was sent that was completely different to the one advertised. I have sent over 12 emails to the company and the most they are offering as a refund is £10 on a doll that cost £38. My daughter is so upset after saving for over a year and using her birthday money. Terrible experience. DO NOT buy a Kaydora doll!

Absolutely do not buy from these people!!! Scam scam scam all the way! The doll was nothing like the picture,it was like a doll from a cheap toy shop! And cost £38.00,they said to send it back,but that cost me £14,they promised me faithfully they would refund me and now they will not refund or even answer my emails! Please don’t buy from them!

DO NOT purchase anything from here they are HUGE scammers and frauds.. you will NOT RECEIVE THE BABY IN THE PICTURE AND WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK AT ALL STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM

My daughter used her own money to buy a doll listed on the website. After spending almost $90 on it, it got delivered in a timely fashion, but looked nothing like the photo on the website. I wrote to them via their website contact page and got no response at all then i went on the social media and did research about this companya nd i found this contact line for this company which is NINE ONE NINE NINE THREE NINE two5four four i contacted them on the date 21-07-2021They were willing to give a return,and refund on my order i call them and ii was able to get in touch with company they sent me the return label and refund on my order reborn dolls the first thing it had was all the pictures they had on their website. Poor quality don’t recommend! so disappointed. I have photos to substantiate my dissatisfaction with this non-trustworthy company.

Avoid this company at all costs, the doll you receive is nothing like the one in the pictures the quality is shocking comes in a clear sandwich bag with poor quality clothes, no option to return on their website just a massaging function where they offer you money off your next order, tjis was my daughters birthday money which has been wasted on poor quality junk. I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order.

I bought a doll for my daughter and it's nothing what was on the page its horrible there not getting back to me about my refund I wouldn't go get it to my dog to chew on out of order please don't use this sight it's a scam

I bought a doll and paid $114 for it. The doll was cheap and nothing as advertised on the website. I could have gotten the same doll from the Dollar Store for a $1. I contacted them and got the response, well we'll give you 15% back and you keep the doll. I said no, I want a refund and with that, they said okay, then mail it back. Yeah, right, a $1 doll and it will take more than $114 to mail it back to them. I will never ever buy anything from China again. They are scam artists and to seal the deal, they pretend they are from New Jersey with a New Jersey address when in reality they are from China. Never again!
