I placed an order for a Maaji bikini top and bottom with this business on March 16th and it was shipped out to me on March 20. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and I had no issues. After reading some of the reviews on this site I was initially worried, since the website said there were only 2 pieces in stock for both the bottom and top, but everything was fine! I am sad this business is closing because their bathing suits are amazing...just placed another order!

Buyer beware - don’t use this site!

I never write bad reviews but just had the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered an item on December 4 that said it would take two weeks to ship. Of course I was charged in full right away, which was expected (although some companies now only charge when an item is shipped). When I had not received any notice of shipping at the three week mark, I started to contact them. Responses were extremely slow and evasive - “we will look into it” type of thing. At one point someone responded that it looked like something happened and it never shipped so they would ship a new item and guess what…they never did!! After multiple emails on my part after that, they cancelled the order on Jan 6 saying they are waiting for the product to be in stock! Ridiculous and totally unacceptable. At least I don’t have to file a fraud charge with my credit card company as planned but I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere!!

For years I have loved Maaji swim wear! Maaji pieces fit me well, and the styles each year are amazing. The high quality materials mean that my swimsuits last for years! Kayokoko carries so much variety, that I have difficulty choosing! The website is easy to navigate, and I can find my size in every style. Shipping is quick from the online store, and I will keep shopping here!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have THE WORST customer service! Ordered swimsuit early July, received confirmation email immediately, two weeks later no updates, tried the chat function to inquire with no reply other than “I’ll be right with you”. Hours later still no reply. Emailed twice over next couple of days. No reply. Third email I doubted company’s legitimacy so threatened to just dispute credit card charge when bill arrived for my own financial safety and not lose out. Only after that did I get a reply from Lisa who said she was canceling order because she couldn’t risk losing the sale. No apology, no acknowledgement or mention of her lack of response. Even sent screenshots/evidence of my failed chat, emails. Nothing -
No apology- no “how can I make this right?” Wasn’t asking for any freebies, just the good business courtesy of responding to my inquiry! Zero sh**s given by them. None of this would’ve happened if they simply responded to my multiple requests. Obviously more concerned about getting their payment than satisfying their customers. Such a bad experience - be warned - order at your own risk.

It took over a month for my products to ship out all the while customer service kept reassuring me that it’ll ship out “within the week” every week. Frustrating experience overall.

I placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation that it shipped over the next few weeks. I reached out multiple times and never received a response. Finally, I received a shipping notification email saying that my order had finally shipped. My guess is it never would have shipped if I hadn't reached out. This store has a ton of cute clothes and I would love to purchase more things on their website but I am too fearful that my order won't get placed or delivered.

I exclusively purchase my bathing suits from this company because they carry a great selection of Colombian Swimwear brands which in my opinion are of the highest quality.

I ordered two items and was very excited. Ended up only getting one of them. I was refunded the money for the maaji top without any explanation. If you don’t have the product you shouldn’t have it for sale

I just love everything I’ve got from Kayokoko. I bought many Maaji products on sale and they’re of the best quality and fit incredibly well. Delivery was fast and there were just two products that weren’t shipped but I got a Quick answer and a refund. I will definitely recommend.
