I haven’t received my product, they won’t touch base with me and no way of confirming where they sent it. I want my money back. They sent me a pill bottle from moere which I never ordered. They are scammers, and condescending told me to check my neighbor if they took my package. They can’t even confirm where they sent the package just my area code. bruh. Don’t buy from them.

I would give a negative star review if I could. I ordered back in early February 2023. Still have not received the product and they were definitely quick to get the money out my account. I have emailed their support team several times and no response. At this point I just want my money back, but am unable to touch base with anyone.

This company tried to scam me. I was a customer since Aug 2021, always buying 3months supply. The product doesn't perfectly clear my acne but does keep it under control. On January 2023, I ordered and paid for a 3 month supply. 2 weeks later, I receive a mysterious box with a Hair growth supplement branded Moerie. I contact the company to let them know I never ordered their hair growth pills and to help me figure out why I got it. They wer extremely rude and didn't want to help. 1 month later, I still didn't get my kayolab, still never received a tracking number for my order a month prior. I emailed their support team and stayed without any replies for over a week. When they got back to me they sent me the tracking info telling me it arrived a month prior and asked ME to go to the post office to go ask where is my package and asked me to ask my neighbors 🤣 I told them that I'm not doing that. Then I noticed in the kayolab rep email signature it was saying " Moerie beauty team". I ask if they are affiliated with moerie. She said yes. It clicked immediately when I looked at the tracking info, the slip in the vitamin box. They sent me the vitamin bottle worth approx $50 instead of my 3 months supply acne products worth $129.99. I pointed it out and they offered me to keep the vitamins (that I'll NEVER use and don't want) and they'll ship me my order AFTER OVER A MONTH. I told them no, I don't want the vitamins but if they want to apologize, sending me an additional free 3months supply would be appropriate. The support team (very unprofessional) replied by telling me to pay the shipping to return the wrong item if I want my $129.99 refunded and that the vitamins must me unused and in "mint" conditions like I've ever asked to receive this toy looking capsules haha thank God I paid with PayPal so PayPal refunded me my money and their vitamins is in the trash. It's not about the mistake but how their support team responded to it, very condescending. I'm just done. Found a new glycolic adic acne treatment company to do business with even tho I liked the product.

I love this product! But twice now, after I have ordered I can’t access the website. I’ve reached out and hear nothing from them. I want to buy more!! I hope this review reaches them.

Where do I even begin.. I’ve had skin issues since I was 18. I tried Kayolab after numerous tries and attempts with other products to treat my acne (of which, by the way, I started having zits in places I’d never had zits before). I started using Kayolab in the beginning of July 2021 and honestly, my skin has never been better. I practically haven’t had any zits since I started using the products. This stuff is amazing, only three products, super easy to use.. Apparently, that’s what my skin needed.

100% recommended, finally something that works for my sensitive skin.

I wanted this to work soooo bad. However, my skin looks horrible, the worst it’s ever looked in my life. I started using kayolab almost a month ago. It has made my skin soooo much worse. I wrote to customer service and they told me it would take several months and I couldn’t return my products. If they stand behind their products and they work, why not offer a 90 day money back guarantee???

I am using Kayolab just for a few days now, and I've noticed that my skin has become more even, but I am not sure if it will have an effect on my acne, too. To be continued :)

my first review was 1 star because i didn't receive the product! but after chatting with their customer support (pretty cool ladies) and FINALLY getting my kit, i am changing my rating. i am using the the cleanser for a couple of days now, and so far so good, it feels nice. Will stat using the toner and moisturizer soon

My acne was my enemy for years now. After trying kayolab I think that I found a worthy opponent for my acne. It's hard to believe, but my forehead and cheeks have cleared out, and the craters on my face have shrunk. Can't wait to see what happens at week 3!

Had a small hiccup with the delivery, so I give 3 stars. Love the toner and moisturizer, makes my skin feel like I just came back from a relaxing spa.

I have very sensitive skin and most products do not work for me so i am still kinda on the fence with kayolab. I was using the kit for 2 weeks now, it didn't make my skin react in any weird way, and it seems that it really helps with discoloration and pimples! I plan to use it for a couple of more weeks and see how it goes, and if it manages to get rid of breakouts on my skin, I will permanently switch to this product.

I was not sure about putting ACID on my skin since I generally try to protect my face from all harm, but as I understand glycolic acid, lactic acid, and hyaluronic acid are good for you? I am using the cleanser, moisturizer and toner for a couple of months now, and the skin feels soooo smooth already, happy I tried it!!

The cleanser and toner are fine, didn't use moisturizer yet because I am finishing off my previous bottle, will update the review once i try it (and if I like it)

I am using all 3 products for a couple of days now, so far so good. My skin seems more even and smooth, and it seems that my typical breakout areas are getting smaller. Hope this keeps up!

Kayolab has some very cool products, my favorite is probably the moisturizer, does wonders on my dry skin. My only issue with it is smell, not a big fan of the lack of it =)) I prefer my skincare with a bit of fragrance, but I get that they probably try to use minimal amount of ingredients.

I was looking for a while for a high quality skincare kit which would have a minimalistic formula, and I found it in Kayolab. Love the natural smell, simple yet effective ingredients, and the feeling of my skin getting smoother every day.

A product this good usually would cost an arm and a leg. I’m so happy that I found something affordable that actually works. My skin has been through a lot when I was a teen, and the high concentration of glycolic acid has really helped with evening out my skin texture.

I don`t usually write reviews, but I feel like I gotta write about this stuff. It simply works. My skin is embarrassing, I have a lot of pimples, and my skin is painful. Since I use Kayolab it got A LOT better. Like in two weeks. I sure will keep using it! And, I hope in time, it will also smooth out the scarring I have.

I love the 3 step routine! the quiz was accurate and I was impressed by the ingredients. I’ve been getting deeper into skincare so I’m always wary about trying new products, but this is IT. the zinc serum I got was so smooth on my skin and overall I noticed my stubborn blemishes start to diminish so much faster. so happy with everything!!
