In 2018 zijn we begonnen met deze uitdaging, ondertussen zijn Kayori producten te koop in 9 landen in Europa bij meer dan 800 dealers én uiteraard online in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Zweden. Van bed- & badgoed tot interieurgeuren en verzorgingsproducten. Kayori heeft een breed aanbod artikelen om het huis geheel duurzaam in te richten. Producten die niet alleen mooi zijn, maar ook duurzaam zijn geproduceerd én van hoge kwaliteit. Zacht voor de planeet & zacht voor jou: in onze producten tref je namelijk geen onnodige chemicaliën of agressieve ingrediënten. Of het nu gaat om dekbedovertrekken of verzorging. Sinds 2020 zijn we daarnaast plastic-vrij: geen plastic zakjes om producten, geen plastic verpakkingen. Alles zit verpakt in duurzame materialen zoals karton en glas. Deze materialen zijn oneindig recyclebaar. Op deze manier proberen wij van te voren na te denken over de impact van het product als het 'op' is en maken we de productcyclus rond.

Dekbed Cover Shipping Issues - Resolved

I initially ordered a dekbed cover in November that was supposed to be delivered in December. I then found out that it wouldn't be available until March. However, they would let me order another cover set of my choice even if it was more expensive, so I did that. This new order was supposed to arrive the beginning of January, but was delayed until the end of January. The item has been delivered and as a thank you for my inconvenience, a nice present was added to the shipment. I am thrilled with the new dekbed cover and I am impressed with customber service.
