Comfortable and good looking even after few years
My 3rd pair of shoes from Kazar and I love it. I have bought my first pair accidentally when shopping for a suit and I still have them going strong. I have decided to give another pair a go few years later and they’re also holding on really well. My newest one is for everyday use to work so this will be an interesting test for them but so far they look good and are extremely comfortable. I’d recommend this brand to everyone

Heels came of and the soles too
I recieved next week the shoes and I am really dissappointed with the quality. I had just put 2 times and one of Heel came of and the soles too.
There are bad quality shoes at expensive price. It is not acceptable to have this damages juste after the delivery.

Very Professional and Helpful Customer Service
I thought I was getting no replies from Kazar to return my shoes from Ireland, but it turned out they replied to every email and resolved the situation.
The emails were going to my SPAM inbox so I would advise for anyone else to check there before getting frustrated and thinking they are not responding...
The customer service was actually very good and they resolved a somewhat complicated situation very professionally.

Kazar your service became very bad.
For years I have been buying shoes at Kazar but this year they really messed things up. Part of the order was sent back and until today no money was transferred back to me. After around 30 email the only response you get is they are looking into it. My advise to you would be, pay by credit card as if they do something like that to you you are protected and the credit card company will reimburse you.
