Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I returned shoes only because the size was too large and painful, but the store kept the product and most of the money. Klarna accepted an unfair 80% deduction. I would not recommend this experience.”

Kazar bag! Shoulder strap rings direct broken and lost.

Today 9 June 2026 still no answer. After many emails. But they don’t know!!
The shoulder strap I made myself with a small golden lock on it. Not perfect but usable. To expensive bag very nice but not a good quality with my experience.

I just send you a email again.

I send it twice why should I say something else. Iam looking for an solution.

I bought two very nice bags during my holiday. I used it for the first time and the ring at the bag for the shoulder strap went from the bag and got lost. I send the customer service 2 times a message, not for my money but for a new small part, the ring. So I could use the shoulder strap and repare it myself. I heared nothing. I can not use the bag.

I emailed twice on the email address but still no answer!!!!

I don't have the product and the refund.

My order was shipped, and UPS itself doesn't have a delivery photo. I didn't receive it at my house, and they don't have proof of delivery. I'm without the product and without my money back. It's been almost two months without a response. They force the customer to sign a document saying you can't speak badly of the company, so only then will they open a complaint with UPS. I already filed a complaint myself, and they responded saying they already gave the answer to KAZAR and can't pass it on to the customer. Terrible service.

You must pay for the return, no matter the cost of your purchase.

I cant believe I spent 1000zl for two pairs of shoes and the company does not offer a free return service. This brand considers itself to be "high quality", yet this return policy is less that satisfactory. Additionally, the shoes were a poor fit, very unstable heel, my foot shook as I stood in them. I will not be purchasing anything again if not for the returns policy alone.

Disappointed

I issued a return: Order number 318000149788789 for a handbag on February 7 from Ireland to Poland. I didn't like the quality of the bag and decided to return it back.
I sent it through “an post” but they didn't give me a tracking number. I only have a receipt with customs barcode UB009863391IE. Has my parcel arrive to Poland? I am worried because I can't track it, I wrote to the an post but they advised me to contact Kazar directly.
At first I was told that they did not register my return and I am shocked how this can be if I wrote to them that I want to make a return!
Then after a week I wrote to them again to find out if they had received my parcel with the return, but they didn't reply me!
Is there any way to find out where this package is? I'm worried that I won't find it and it won't be delivered...
This bag costs 220 euros and its price does not correspond to its quality! I am right to return it in its original condition and get my money back!
It's been over a week and I'm sure my return should have been delivered to Kazar warehouse and You have to find my package!!!
Absolutely Don't understand how this company even exists if you cheat customers and don't refund them their money!!!
This now seems like a scam…so sorry I didn’t check them out on trustpilot before ordering!!!

Ordered a bag as a gift

Ordered a bag as a gift. The bag came with scratches and glue spots. Therefore I needed to reach out to customer service. After sending multiple pictures with defects and sending pictures with tags attached I am still being requested to submit more ‘prove’ for verification. The verification should be done by kazar itself. Will never order again. Horrible quality horrible service. Horrible experience. Already trying to return for almost two months.

High prices and the worst quality

I have never seen such high prices for such low quality. I have bought boots for 200€ and when they arrived I was completely shocked as they did not represent the quality it should have for 200€. The material was cheap plastic and stinking enormously like plastic as well. After I tried the boots on there were already wrinkles everywhere and looked like I had worn them several months. I have complained to their customer service that I won’t pay the return costs for such a scam. However, they did not refer at all to the quality but instead only referred to the information on their website that customers are responsible for paying the return. Never ever I will buy anything from this company.

Attention! They don't want to give money back! Shoe complaint! Poland

I would like to warn against shopping at the Kazar store, It's about their shoes. This company's quality policy is currently a cynical joke and chaos.They cause serious problems during the complaint process for defective items. Their popularity is based only on PR and advertising.
In late June last year (2023), I bought their male moccasins/loafers - shoes made in Brazil. The purchase was made online through Kazar's official store. By early October 2023, the shoes were already unwearable. Only three and a half months had passed? The poor-quality sole material caused the sole rubber to wear down so much during normal use that the side, lower edges of the leather upper with seams began to wear out. The construction of the sole, made from several separate rubber parts stitched together with leather, made it impossible for a cobbler to repair. The shoes were unusable. This year, in early July 2024, I filed a complaint. The complaint was immediately accepted, but the store didn't want to refund 100% of the price. They offered me only 70% based solely on photos of the shoes sent by email. I demanded a 100% refund due to the defect in the sole, which was irreparable within the 2-year warranty period. These are my consumer rights in Poland. Why would I want shoes that I can’t wear? I sent the shoes back to them twice as they requested, and they returned them to me. First, right after I requested a 100% refund they rejected my complaint, so I involved the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Poland. Then, they told me to wait a few days and decided to issue a negative opinion on my claims from some random employee of the company. After the intervention of the consumer protection office, they asked me to send the shoes again, and they kept them for over 2 weeks. Only after I called them twice for updates. Again want me waits and finally send an evening email with a paid expert opinion, which didn’t really address the sole defect but instead suggested that the issue was that I had bought shoes that were too small for me. When I made the purchase, I also ordered a 1 size larger, but those were too big and kept slipping off my heel.

Now, it's September, and for the second time, they are sending my defective shoes back to me.

Together with the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection representative, I will inform them that if they acknowledged my complaint on start in July, and I have that in their email, they admitted that the defect was their fault, yet they refused to refund the full amount. Therefore, their continued delays and incorrect justifications have no basis.

They can now expect a pre-court demand for the full payment from me. In court, they will lose the case and be charged with the legal costs, as they initially accepted responsibility by acknowledging my complaint, and the rest of their actions were simply attempts to avoid paying the full refund.

Additionally, in June of this year 2024, I purchased another pair of moccasins from them. But these were made in China. The shoes are practically identical, but they have a completely different sole. I have been wearing them for exactly the same amount of time as the previous pair. And there are no such signs of sole wear as there were with those. The only issue is the insoles, which almost completely disintegrated after just two months.

I suspect that this brand cannot produce anything that is 100% good. The hidden defects are a result of cost-cutting and using excessively cheap materials. The quality-to-price ratio, considering their constantly increasing prices, is totally negative for them.

Good experience, slightly smaller size than other brands

I just received my first Kazar Monti sneakers. The delivery was rapid. The shoes were in perfect condition. I am very pleased with them, because they look really good, and I bought them for special events. Before ordering, I thought a lot about the right size, and that's why I want to compare the sneakers here to Tamaris that I often use. Kazar size 37 is a little shorter and more narrow than same size Tamaris high heel sneakers. The sole is more rigid and hard than Tamaris, and the shoes are heavier. I suppose, I could have bought size 38 and put a comfy insole inside and a thicker sock, and that could have been fine during the colder months. But the 37 is perfect with a thin sock. My usual size is roughly 36 with summer shoes and 37 with winter shoes.

Return went well!

I ordered a pair of slippers at Kazar and when they were shipped, the tracking link didn't work. I reached out to their customer support and send me the correct tracking link within a few hours.
Once the slippers arrived, they unfortunately didn't fit me well, so I decided to return them. After sending them back, I was curious and looked up reviews online and saw that a lot of people didn't receive their money back after returning the shoes. I got super afraid this would happen to me too, so I already set a date on which I would reach out to them. Luckily they send me the money back within 1 week and everything turned out great.
Of course this is normal service, but since there might be more people reading the reviews and getting scared they might not receive their money back, I wanted to write this, so they see there are also cases where it does go well. For me it was a normal experience of returning items, so hopefully it will be for you too (if needed) :)

They do not refund!!!

Ordered some sandals and a bag. Had to return sandals and get bigger size. Never got my refund for the smaller pair. It is now 36 days later and no refund (advertised policy said 14 days). Wrote them numerous emails, they kept saying they are looking into it and then stopped replying alltogether. Wrote to a few european consumer protection authorities, included email exchanges and refund invoice ( which was never honored). This now seems like a scam…so sorry I didn’t check them out on trustpilot before ordering.

ATTENTION: Scam with returns

I can just confirm what many of you already described. Be careful with returns! I ordered 3 pair of shoes with them and kept one of them. 2 weeks later I received a message from them confirming that the other 2 pairs arrived in their warehouse. However, I did not get my money back. One week later I contacted them and asked when I can expect my refund and they told me it will not take longer than 14 days after they received my return. Guess what? 14 days after they received my return still no money on my bank account. I decided to open a case with Paypal and hope to get my money back via this channel. But after having red all these comments here I suspect a severe scam and I can just recommend not ordering directly with them!
