I pre-ordered a Linnstrument from these guys and the service has been fantastic.

They regularly kept me up to date with progress and were extremely helpful and courteous, highly recommended..

I recently purchased a Doepfer basic system from Kazbar, not only did they deliver it quick and when promised, they also took my calls at the weekend when I had an issue getting things working.

They know they're nuts and bolts and they provide a terrific one on one service I've not experienced anywhere else.

I'd expected the Erebus synth module to involve a wait of weeks or even months, given that it had received recent publicity and they're only manufactured in very small quantities. Within days, I have one, thanks to Kazbar Systems! Most impressed. I was also impressed by the fact they 'phoned me up to discuss the delivery arrangements. This attention to communication is vital and yet also pretty unusual. Thanks!

I ordered a Doepfer modular system between Xmas and New Year, and was concerned about delivery dates because of my work patterns. They kept in touch with me constantly, and because Doepfer couldn't supply on the day that we'd agreed made a point of checking whether the new day was OK, and whether I wanted to change the delivery address.

I will certainly buy from them again.

Look out for their bundles. I don't know how they manage to do them so cheaply

I purchased an apogee duet for Mac and ipad at a very good price. Every question I asked was answered accurately and helpfully .
I felt that there was a genuine interest in what I needed rather than an attempt to sell a product. Kazbar Systems are interested in music and the needs of a musician. The duet also arrived the next day as promised.

Very good service. I had a query and he got back to me with the answer from the provider so i bought the product which came very quickly.

I've only recently come across Kazbar and I'm now a convert. Their advice and support is first class. I can't add anything more without sounding fake!

I bought a UAD octo from Kazbar, not only did they beat every price out there but they also delivered it next day free of charge...and when I couldn't get the software working Gavin guided me through the whole process on the phone.

both orders arrived quickly, i made a mistake and ordered the wrong item and they exchanged it straight away, no questions asked... great communication and friendly helpful staff

After an Apgogee product I required was not shown they corrected the issue immediately and got delivery on required day.

I called up with a really vague idea of what I wanted, got exactly what I needed with the briefest of descriptions.

I bought a thermionic culture fat bustard & some focal speakers. Great.

Ordered sound card, never arrived. Information regarding whereabouts extremely vague.

When asked for funds back this was his reply 'that's not going to happen'

There was no sense of urgency or compensation.

I have since re ordered same product from DJ store and it arrived next day.

I had not heard of the company before but probably because I do not buy professional audio recording equipment very often; usually guitar effects and related things etc.

Kazbar had the best price on the thing I wanted and it was shipped the next working day so that is about as satisfied as a customer can be!
