Works even when blocked, fair fees
Even though the main website is currently blocked in some countries, that doesn't stop the service from working — the developers have provided alternative access points. There's a Tor version (stable and reliable) and a Telegram bot. The Telegram option is even more convenient — no need to open Tor every time, everything is done directly within the messenger.
