Worst. An investigation into operating methods required

Absolutely the worst. I was in s shop for 5 min in Coop to buy milk. as I come out I see him just taking a photo and he refused to stop .. saying it's done. Total cretin who was probably incentivised by his money sucking leaching employer - Kbh
Park ApS.

1. i am from Sweden and usually Coop / supermarket parking lots are free for at least 2 hours. But ok my mistake for not checking

2. this was borrowed car for the day as my one was at the workshop for service. this one didn't have an automatic p-meter like I'm used to. Sure I didn't note that but what annoys me is they don't listen to reason or set fines in relation to the transgression... 5m at 19:00 when parking lot is 80% empty = 795 DKK?

let's just say I won't be unhappy if the owners are sent to jail for fraud and company goes bankrupt.

happy to pay a parking fine but it should be fair and amount reasonable.

A TOTAL ABUSE

A TOTAL ABUSE: THESE PEOPLE HAVE EMPLOYEES ON PARKING LOTS TO GIVE FINES RIGHT AFTER YOU PARK.
THE PROBLEM IS: THEY DONT KNOW OF THIS BECAUSE POOR SUPERVISION OR TRAINING TO THEIR STAFF, OR THEY DO MALPRACTICE AND ABUSE ON PURPOSE TO GET PROFIT FROM PEOPLE.
UNACCEPTABLE
I JUST FILED A COMPLAIN, AND I EXPECT A RESPONSE SOON, I DOUBT THESE PEOPLE KNOW OR EVEN CARE ABOUT ONLINE REVIEWS.

Worst experience of parking services

Worst experience of parking services! We left the car for 3 minutes to try to understand how the parking system works ( we were visitors from Sweden), when we saw the guy taking photos of our car. We went and talked to him, but he was still taking photos and still gave us a fine of 795DKK, for 3 min and 13 seconds parking!!! In a parking space where you could park 2 hours for free!!! And there were many empty spots!! We contacted them later and answered in an ironic way. They just want to make money from situations like that. This is not a fair or beneficial approach of justice.

I did write the wrong date on my…

I did write the wrong date on my parking card, so fining me is fair enough. But after writing a very friendly mail to them, explaining that it was a mistake and my colleagues and neighbors could attest I was parking there only one day I received back an email that I can call nothing short of an impudence. Never have I been addressed by an adult, let alone by a company in such a rude and condescending manner.
They claim among other things: "we offered you to park at our facility". It is not their facility they just have been employed by the office space, part of which my employer is renting.
Where a simple "unfortunately we are bound by regulations and have to hold on to this claim" would have sufficed, their rambling, incoherent response contains attempts at shaming me for the mistake like: "If you had done your part regarding the parking permit, the parking officer could have been way faster but he was occupied with your wrongdoing".
All in all it comes across as a company thoroughly enjoying people's mistakes, or takes parking offenses very personal. They should not be hired by anyone who does not share their inhuman worldview (or has the least requirements of professionalism in their partners).
