I received a skip from KCM on 16th May via a broker.
Following 10 days of contacting the broker for collection of said skip, it remained on our drive.
I called KCM and spoke to a lovely young lady called Caris (?) Lo and behold, 3 hours later the skip has been collected.
A massive THANK YOU to Casie and KCM.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company.
I just wish I had contacted you directly in the 1st instance.

Best skip hire about - might be a tad more expensive than other local skip hires but the customer care is first class from booking team to drivers. Delivery and collection is always when they say and nothing is too much bother. Many thanks again - I am sure we will be hiring again one day 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Nicola Haycock

Skip collected this morning, on time and hassle free. The usual courteous, friendly and professional service from Anthony. Would not use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Easy to order online. Had to phone about a query - really helpful. Drop off and pick up good, friendly and pleasant drivers. Rang earlier than pick up day to get skip picked up earlier, came a couple of hours after ringing. Excellent service.

Usual excellent service. The driver (Anthony) was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Managed to get the skip perfectly in position even though we’re on quite a difficult slope. Very highly recommended service.

The most appalling company I’ve ever seen in my life! I paid for a skip via their website they contact me back on the day the skip was supposed to be delivered and told me they would not be delivering the skip because my address is Not of a cultural desire meant for their company. they have had trouble with my people before. I went on to explain the skips are five doors down from me and I have never had any disagreement with anyone in this company before but Glen persisted to tell me they will not be delivering skips anywhere near my location. I asked to speak to a member of staff above Glen and was refused.
Thankfully I Recorded the conversation between me and Glenn and I have taken legal advice regarding the The Equality Act 2010.

No fuss ,polite,great pro service.

Really easy to book, very helpful and friendly from office staff to the drop off driver, would definitely recommend 👌
