Avoid this company bunch of
con-women. My wife was at creative crafts show in Glasgow and purchased a new eye brow pallet and face powder. The salesperson was extremely chatty and when my wife was purchasing the item the sales lady turned her back and put the "items"in a bag. However my wife subsequently found on checking the £30 eye brow pallet wasn't in the bag. Despite numerous phone calls the mobile number goes on to answering machine. They have not answered any emails.
Avoid these bunch of charlatans and con artists.

* UPDATE* I did finally get my refund so amended to three stars from previous one

I purchased an eyebrow kit which is a fantastic product. The company would get 5/5 from me based on this alone.
However I purchased one at a wedding exhibition and was told the payment hadn’t gone through (£30) so I tapped again my mistake was not taking receipts for either transactions. I get my credit card statement to find they had charged me twice for the product. I have been trying to get someone to resolve this for me and refund the money and I am still waiting. I have sent emails, used the contact form on the website and also spoke to a lady on the phone. I have got nowhere 🤷🏻‍♀️
