Scammers at their best
I, unfortunately, confused this with amazon KDP publishing. It is NOT the same. This company is a scam. Ross Tyler says all the right words and makes you believe the are a true company. They try to upsell at every turn. Luckily I’m only out $340 for 20 books. They were printed wrong and KDP was supposed to reprint. They did and sent 3 books NOT the 20 I paid for. My event was a bust because I had no promised product. I was assured there would be a refund. Months later the phone goes unanswered as does the emails. Another person I worked with, Austin Smith, no longer has a working phone number. Run for this company! They will NOT do right by the authors and represent themselves to be KDP….Do not get taken as I.
