Kdsfitness provides a very dedicated…

Kdsfitness provides a very dedicated and supportive service. Kyle designed an exercise plan that I could easily do at home with minimal equipment, which was important for me. He also provided my with a nutrition plan that he customised to my needs and was always available if I had any issues or questions. I learned so much from Kdsfitness, thanks Kyle!

Kids fitness

Hi my name is Alan Riley. I’m a working dad of 3 boys age 4,13 and 14 .
I found myself with extra weight from when covid was here and struggling with body confidence. This led me to eat more unhealthy foods like fast foods and takeaways. I found it hard to stick to diets and exercises to lose the extra weight I had gained. I don't really have an understanding about nutrition or fitness .so I looked into apps and joined the local gym. I managed to lose a bit of weight. But got stuck i didn't know what I was doing at the gym no routine just winging it and diet was just hitting a target of calories .
I decided I had had enough of just winging it and put a post up on social media for some help for a gym routine and that is when kyle messaged me . I was so pleased that someone wanted to help me .we chatted for a bit and he filled me with the confidence that we could do what I wanted. He sorted out a routine and a diet plan for me . He helped me understand it all and why I needed to do it and that I needed to stick to it . What the plan would do for me if I did stick to it.
I have never been a gym person this is my first proper experience. kyle showed me with videos what I needed to do on each machine. If I didn't get it from that he made videos with tutorials to show and help me with what I needed to do.
Kyle's teaching of the diet side was amazing it was made so easy learning about the macros what to eat and what to stay clear of . But also that you can still have some of the naughty foods, foods that you like as well . It made it easier like it wasn't a chore to do or that I had to give everything up.
During the 12 weeks of the course I could see week by week the changes in my body I couldn't believe it . I could see that the body I wanted was coming through. My confidence was booming it made me feel so much happier with myself which made me happier which made the course easier . And now I’m at the end I can't believe the results I’m in the best shape ever . My energy levels are higher I feel more supple like being a teenager again.
Kyle has made my family life so much happier I can do more with my children and partner. I’m not constantly running on empty and feeling low . I’m the one wanting to go out and do stuff as a family now .
Kyle's support though this whole 12 weeks is 100% what has got me through this course. I have had some downs, kyle has been there straight away to bring it up and some slip ups with the diet but he got me through it all . I had celebrations to go to so he adjusted stuff so I could enjoy going to them without it effecting me too much. The best thing is that he always made me feel good about myself and that mistakes and problems happen to us all its the way we deal with them after they have happened that is where it counts. Any one that is thinking of getting a pt to help or is undecided. get in touch with kyle. you want be disappointed he has the knowledge and advice needed to get where you want to be.

Working with Kyle has been brilliant.

I lost 10.5kg in 12 weeks and honestly felt amazing for it. My confidence went right up, my energy improved, and I started feeling much better in myself again.

The daily messages definitely kept me going and helped me stay on track, especially on the harder days. I also feel like I’ve learnt a process I can repeat going forward, rather than just following a plan for 12 weeks.

My knowledge around training, nutrition and staying consistent has improved massively, and the whole process was simple to follow without feeling extreme.

I’d definitely recommend Kyle to anyone who wants to lose weight, feel better and get their confidence back.
