I bought a voucher from Wowcher and I was trying to redeem for ages and it did not work. It keeps saying payment failed I would like a refund as I am not happy with the service.

Had to have these attend our property and I've never encountered such poor workmanship and lack of respect of property from a building firm in my entire life. The lack of communication, people not turning up and when they did arrive, the damage they did and the abuse of our home was unforgiveable and is still being repaired today. Absolutely shoddy and cutting corners by not doing jobs like applying anti-mould treatment to walls before applying wallpaper properly, resulting in paper subsequently peeling away and mould re-appearing. People lying about work having been done when it clearly hadn't been. Left marks from scaffolding on walls, only applied one coat of paint when two should have been applied. Broke light fittings, rewired sockets / switches incorrectly causing them to arc, broke blinds, general disrespect and entering areas they were not supposed to, leaving mess and detritus everywhere.
Beggars belief how this dreadful company is still in business. Avoid at all costs.
