Brilliant roofer and genuinely a nice guy.
Had a dry ridge system and some roof vents installed.

We were kept fully informed on how it was going throughout the whole installation, with photos to show what had been done.
The weather seemed to be working against him but but even so the job was completed in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his commitment to getting the job finished as quickly as possible.

We honestly wouldn't hesitate using him or recommending him in the future.

Can't praise them enough. The work they did is excellent. The price they charged was very reasonable. But most importantly, I was kept I formed of progress all the way through and constantly asked if I'm happy or got any concerns. Customer service was as good as the work on the roof. Dillon from KDW was knowledgable, friendly, prompt and professional. He looked at the jobs I needed. Costed up the cheapest way to get them done and executed the delivery perfectly with great communication before, during and after the works were completed and even when managing the third party scaffolders. All work was completed to a very high standard and on schedule. I would use KDW again without any doubt and fully recommend them to anyone looking to put their faith and confidence in a trustworthy, reliable and friendly service with a can do attitude to a job well done.

A fabulous service from Dillon. Replaced lots of broken tiles on the roof, resealed the chimney and problem solved as he went, all for a very competitive price. Dillon's communication is great he's friendly and kept me updated throughout the job. I will definitely be using his roofing skills again and highly recommend his work.

Outstanding service! Fixed several issues with our leaking roof (broken tiles and a moss-blocked gully) for a very competitive price. Dillon was prompt, friendly and clearly explained the work before and after with accompanying photos. It was all done efficiently and to a very high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I would highly recommend KDW Roof Maintenance. We had an issue where water was leaking into our loft from missing pointing on a shared chimney. Dillon came to inspect the Job very quickly he was very professional and knowledgeable in what needed doing. We went ahead and asked Dillon to do the work which he did, again very quickly! On further communication with our neighbours he then went on to complete work for them! Excellent service! It has been a pleasure to deal with a company that does what they say they will! 5 STAR service!!!

I contacted KDW roof maintenance as they are a local company and had good reviews. My previous experience with roofers has been poor, so when I contacted KDW for a quote on roof repairs I just hoped the good reviews I had read were correct, and it turns out they were. Dillon from KDW was punctual, was very knowledgable and explained things to me so they were easily understood. He was a very personable young man and reassured me that the bad experiences I'd had in the past with other companies, wouldn't be repeated by him and KDW.
Dillon was true to his word, I was on holiday when he commenced the repairs but his communication was first class and he kept me informed of progress and when bad weather caused unavoidable delays. The work he did was so much better than what had been done previously by others and he even went out of his way to source tiles for my roof which had been broken by the previous roofing company, this hadn't been part of the quote but Dillon kept to the fixed price we had agreed on at the start of the job. I don't have a bad word to say about Dillon and KDW roof maintenance. I feel they went above and beyond what was expected. The service he provided from start to finish was excellent and I will definitely be using his services again and recommending the company to as many people as I can.
