Keaze….more like sleaze
If I could give this a zero or minus I actually would. I made an enquiry via Zoopla about a property a week ago in Wakefield not far from where I live and also made a phone call to the estate agent to book a viewing. Unfortunately I had no response after this week and from a customer perspective this is very dissapointing.
This does not represent the values and professionalism of an estate agent and can’t even put the complaint through??? Don’t think I’ll use these cockney prawn sandwiches again.

As advised during my phone call, this situation was completely out of our hands. Unfortunately, the vendor made the decision not to proceed with the sale, which was beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this must be and appreciate your understanding.
