They do not stand behind their product

They do not stand behind their product! 1st one bought did not work and had to return it. Got the replacement and it leaves "white dust" all over everything if you use tap water. Customer services advice was to buy distilled water. Had they disclosed this, I never would have purchased it! Asked if I could return it and they said NO because I had already returned it once. Yeah, the 1st one was returned because it did NOT work! Stay clear! The white dust, as they called it, also ruined my mothers glasses because of the tiny mineral deposits left in the atmosphere. Every time she cleaned her glasses, those particles scratched the glasses to the point where she could no longer see out of them.
