Fantastic Service they dealt with everything witch took the pressure off the family.
Gordon Powrie who was dealing with the family was outstanding. He constantly updated us on what was happening at various hours of the day nothing was a chore.

I would highly recommend Kenneth Keegan to anyone requiring to plan a funeral. After visiting the CO-OP and having a less than lacklustre experience we were pointed in the direction of Keegan's. From the moment we walked in the door the excellent service began. Stephen and the team were fantastic and I really can't thank them enough for their care and compassion throughout.

All stress was removed at a very emotional time . Every step of the proceedings was explained fully. There was no hard sell as it were. We were told that there was a price for whatever we wanted,and that was all explained,to prevent any unexpected costs,from the flowers,to the order of service,the slide show ( if wanted ), the music,hymns,verse or prayers,everything was fully explained. Stephen McShane and his team were first class. I / we could not praise them highly enough.

Stephen at Kenneth Keegan and the staff have provided a first class service from the first call I made through to the follow up call after my Mothers funeral. Their professionalism, gentle approach with nothing being a problem and comfort in organising everything has made the last few weeks slightly easier to manage.
