I'm happy with the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good download service that would work in the background and complete its work in reasonable timeframe and this one ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the contact help service allowed me get what I was looking for.

The big reason to give 5 stars is the quick turnaround and follow-up that I received when asking questions about payment options and cash back offers. Nice to work with!

I have tried Keep2Share for the first time. I found almost everything I was looking for; however, something occurred, and I wanted to make a refund. I sent a ticket, and their customer support was kind and fast with responses. The agent offered me an extra 30 days of subscription, and so I couldn't ask for any better. I think I will use K2S all the time.

I have been using Keep2Share for several years and have always found the upload download facilities exceptional. The variety and quality of content always exceeds expectation. Recently I renewed my membership and accidentally chose the wrong option the support team helped me correct the error and i was back up and running in three hours!

Hello, Your team took care of my download issue with in 24 hours . I'm not in front of my PC so I'm not sure of the date ..
What I was impressed with the most was the fallow up . I must have received 3 messages from your team just making sure download was working and I was satisfied. Truth is I'm not used to such a quick resolution to issues like this so I hadn't checked my emails...so initially I missed your teams message
..so my apologies for that . Thanks again to the whole team involved in resolving my issue...
