WORST company ever. I placed my order in early August 2025. There was NO COMMUNICATION from Keepaws. On September 3rd I sent an email inquiring about my order. On September 7th I was notified that my order had been CANCELLED. I contacted the company AGAIN and insisted on an explanation. The excuse was, 'We had a shipping problem. We had not dispatched your order so we cancelled it.' This was after A MONTH of waiting/ expecting delivery. I inquired how they were going to make this right. The RESPONSE: Place another order but the same timeframe will apply (as a NEW order). These folks are unprofessional and their customer service is WORSE than ABYSMAL. Do yourself a favor and check out 'ETSY.' You can get the same, or better, collar for 40% less AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED, WITH NO NOTICE BEING GIVEN TO YOU. KEELHAULED BY KEEPAWS...

Ordered a collar Jan it arrived & was big enough to fit a horse. They offer scam alternatives, if you complain you receive AI replies that you can return to own costs. I keep emailing Keepaws once & they keep advising me that they still haven’t received the collar. 9 months gone & still waiting for a refund… NO customer service.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…Total Scammers

I have never received my product or the money back

If I could I would give 0 stars! Pure scam! The size of the delivered collar doesn’t match with the advertised sizes and the customer service refuses to replace! They offer scam alternatives, if you complain you receive AI replies that you can return to own costs!! Plus the general quality of the products is absolutely not matching the advertised products! Cheap, bad quality, wrong sizes and terrible customer service!

Collar seemed fine at first. However, after the first year of use it was time to change the AirTag battery. The button used to close the AirTag pouch was completely rusted trough and unusable. They will not issue money back or a replacement product, but a offer a 30% discount for a new order. Absolute joke, will never buy here again.

The collar I received was different than the picture on their website. I specifically bought the leather AirTag collar because the photo had the buckle I wanted. The collar I received had a substandard buckle that was totally different than the one pictured.
Why not either sell what you're advertising or change the photo on your website to match what you're actually selling? Honestly it's false advertising.

Soooo disappointing, my first collar for AirTag was good, service good delivery good, the 2 nd collar for air tag Green vegan leather is terrible, reflecting other reviews the stitching around the air tag came away within weeks .. collar holes frayed, all in all extremely poor, even worse having e mailed no 5 time I pictures etc - NO RESPONSE whatsoever …

Bought a collar with an AirTag holder, within 8 months the pocket had fallen apart due to poor quality/design (it’s either too small for an AirTag or the stitching wasn’t adequate). Collar hasn’t been put through anything demanding - medium house dog with walks in open fields.

Tried to contact Keepaws via email, website form and social media - no response.

Unfortunately the clasp rusted and broke after just two weeks of using on a cocker spaniel, actually stopped working mid walk. Also the AirTag pocket clasp rusted. Materials use are clearly not quality and I've reverted back to the cheap collar that has so far lasted over 12-months.

Very good collar, heavy duty, love the green colour on my girl. Bought it a size to big though.

I purchased a collar with airtag pocket which is of great quality and very happy with it but I made the mistake with the size.
I contacted the business with the provided info email address
Recieved a very fast reply with 3 option above expected expectations
I can't speak highly enough of my dealings with the business

I want to return the collar I bought and have been sending them messages on their page and instagram and no reply. There’s no phone number to contact them. Poor customer service.

Collar is not waterproof! AirTag is exposed to the elements so if your dog goes swimming, AirTag will deteriorate over time. Save your money and buy an AirTag protector to add to a regular collar. False advertising. They will not return item without paying $15 plus shipping to Canada.

No response from keepaws. Very bad!

I was not satisfied of their collar that I just bought. So I sent an email to request for return. I got a prompt response from them however, they blocked my email address or not. I tried to respond to ask them their return process. I receive the error message from them.
They have a horrible business practice. Do not buy their product.

Horrible for the U.S. customers. They ship a product from Canada. I ordered the first collar and it was too big. I had to pay $39 for the return shipping!!! Then I received a smaller size and that does not fit either!!! So I ended up paying almost a $80 for collar that doesn’t fit!

SCAM!!! IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! I have heard nothing from them almost a month later. They will immediately generate a tracking number attached to USPS that is just a dummy label. No movement or updates as this is being drop shipped from China.

They claim they are in Canada, but their point of entry from China, on my order, is located in California. They have no phone number; their only point of contact is email. If you go to Amazon and type in Apple AirTag Dog Collar the identical images pop up at $14.99. These are not crafted by" Keepaws.com".

Completely dishonest!!

I think the website is specifically set up to trick you into committing to buy fake leather when you have originally followed links to buy real leather. They have their « keepaws AirTag collar » keepaws leather AirTag collar » and keepaws vegan AirTag collar ». Vegan leather and fake leather are the exact same thing. There is no need to market two fake leathers and a real leather…. No reason whatsoever apart from money spinning through marketing confusion.

No one in their RIGHT MIND would pay USD$45 for a strip of plastic leather.

Once my collar arrived I realised it was fake, the company are telling me I’ve ordered the fake one. I clicked on the leather collar links in the first place. They also place ads for the leather collar in your order summary so you think that’s what you have ordered, until it ARRIVES. Its a VERY clever system, It’s also VERY convincing fake leather. The shipping packaging says « leather pet collar »

It’s come from China, mass produced junk
with a finely tuned scam system of fake 5 star reviews.

I didnt get the size i ordered after waiting 3 weeks to receive the collar. Their response was i got what i ordered and offered no solution. Not a company i would recommend. Beware..
