Haven't received anything

Haven't received anything, customer service aren't responding to emails. I think this website and company is phoney or something. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

do NOT trust this website

I placed an order for a Keats-inspired teddy bear in February 2019, email after email I was promised it would be sent out but this did not happen even THREE MONTHS LATER. Finally I requested a full refund which is yet to be fulfilled and I have little faith that the company will in fact try to correct their poor conduct.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, DO NOT TRUST KEEP-CALM-O-MATIC!

I placed an order for shirt as a gift…

I placed an order for shirt as a gift for a friend over 2 months ago. Package was never received, when I asked for a tracking number, they said they could not provide it. I have asked for a refund on multiple occasions, and now they have stopped responding. Not reliable, do not shop on-line here!

DO NOT ORDER - ANDREW COO & COMPANY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ! I placed order on Dec 10 2018... YES 4 months ago.. have been lied to by Andrew COO more times than I can count. ****THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY MAKES THEIR MONEY**** WILL NEVER send product WILL NEVER credit your Card/ Acct. The M.O. of this company is to reply to your e-mails for a very short time and then POOF.. no more email response AT ALL - Andrew COO- ALWAYS stating "Our production partner is having technical issues" or "The order has shipped" BUT they have no tracking # or how it was shipped FED-EX UPS?? LIES-LIES-LIES. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY HORRIFIC experience with Keep Calm-o-Matic

I'm really sorry about the problems with your order. We have been having issues with a supplier. Unfortunately our postal service (Royal Mail) do not provide tracking information as standard which makes it very hard to trace a lost delivery once it has left our production partner.

Order never arrived!

Placed an order on the 10th of December - a poster for a Xmas present. Had no update for the item been shipped as it was getting closer to Xmas. Emailed and got a reply from Andrew saying there was a problem and poster was never made. He issued a refund for postage and said it would be delivered after Xmas. Still no poster has arrived and I have emailed Andrew 3 times asking for an update but he never replies. Anyone know of another way to get a hold of someone from this company? All they seem to have is one email address. All I want is the poster or a refund. It's stealing taking someone's money and not sending the product.

great quality products and service!

The quality of the products from this company and the customer service are absolutely wonderful. I did experience a delay on my order, but customer service was extremely helpful in making sure that I got what I deserved. I was treated very fairly by this company, which made up for any delays. Five stars.

I got mine after 3 months

I got mine after 3 months. What I most like about this guys is their communication . And also the product is so perfect! You have to be little bit patient for those who are far away. Thank you you guys for the quality of the product and your honesty. I’ll recommend this for friends .

Unacceptable Service

I placed an order with this company over two weeks ago, apart from the standard automatic e-mail replies I have had no communication with them, I have tried several times to contact them to chase up my order but have had no response. I'm very concerned as to wether I will even receive my order.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service. I can see you placed an order on the 28th September and then emailed us about that order on the 8th October. We replied to your email on the 9th October. I can't see any record of other emails from you.

Very poor service.

I placed an order at the beginning of August only part arrived. I’ve been chasing the rest since. No one has responded to my emails. I was offered a refund 2 weeks ago and I said it was fine I’d choose another product. They said it would be with me within the week. The product has never arrived. I chased and I got a message saying they would be in touch. I’ve heard nothing since. I have had to chase constantly for my order and I’ve now asked for a refund. Let’s hope they listen. I would never use this company again and I’ll share with my friends family and business colleagues

We had a number of issues with our production partner on this order which ultimately led to us offering you a full refund which you have accepted.

We're working with our production partner to try to understand how these issues arose and ensure they don't happen to any other customer. In the meantime I fully appreciate this has put you off our website, and I can only apologise once again.

Great experience

Great experience, fast delivery, helpful customer service and a nice custom t-shirt (but I would recommend to order your normal size as we ordered one size bigger for my husband, as per size chart and it was much too large, so I've end up with replacement).
