While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Fixed fee hearingaid repair

I was told they will repair any aid provided its whole and not been tampered with for a fixed fee of £145. When it was returned working the repair had been completed by the manufacturer. They replaced the battery, plastic body and switches. All for less than the cost of battery replacement.

Excellent Customer Service

Problems caused by Amazon delivery were solved promptly by Shaz in Keephearing's customer care department. A good outcome, decent people, recommended.

Selling a product stated as Geemarc…

Selling a product stated as Geemarc product yet when it arrived no Geemarc brand anywhere in clock box nor pad .
I've emailed Geemarc UK with photos as KeepHearing state they are licensed to sell by Geemarc but surely then the product would state Geemarc.
They effectively blocked messages after asking for photos of clock yet have product number at top of the message .
I am profoundly deaf and previously owned an official Geemarc wake and shake alarm clock which after 10 years stopped working.
Therfore I went online to find an official replacement, the first line of description states Geemarc sonic boom extra loud alarm clock the sales invoice also states Geemarc sonic boom ...
I do not understand why then the clock and parts have no Geemarc branding at all ??
I'm not convinced this is an official item by Geemarc

Keep Hearing is an amazing company

Keep Hearing is an amazing company. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. My Mother had a problem with her hearing aids, although they were not supplied by Keep Hearing, Keep Hearing came to our rescue and help sort the situation.
We should have gone to Keep Hearing in the first instance and bought from them, instead of purchasing the Aids at a certain well known high street store. If it was possible to rate Keep Hearing 10 stars , we definitely would. Keep Hearing staff went that extra mile and put themselves out to help us.
