Legit, but direct contact customer service is lacking.

I did get exactly what I ordered. I got a GKD Mini Plus with the dock and a bag. All was shipped nicely in a box. Everything works properly as they should. I'm satisfied with that.

However, the system they use to track shipping (shop app) isn't very informative. I placed my order on the 30th of October, and received it on November 14th. It took them a week to ship it out first. It was shipped out on the 6th of November.

I did select standard shipping, so I'm not complaining about shipping time. What I will complain about however, is the method of tracking, and speed of which it took them to initially ship out the order. I don't know if these guys are drop shipping the stuff they sell on their site. If so, that could explain why it took them a week to ship it out. No other online shop like Keepretro has taken more than 48 hours to ship out an order in my experience.

I also messaged their Instagram account with an order receipt regarding my order 3 or 4 days after it was placed, and was met with only a read message. The customer service needs to be better. The customer should know the status and general location of their order as the package goes through processing.

Another thing... There's some big youtubers in the the retro handheld scene linking this site for their viewers to check out. Based on many of the reviews, I would suggest people stay far away from Keepretro. I got lucky with what I ordered, but the same cannot be said for many others who ordered from the site. I did save a significant amount of money buying the bundle I did from them, but I'd say you're better off paying more elsewhere so you don't get into a bad situation with defective/damaged or missing items, and you get a service where you can return or be compensated for your items without hassle in exchange for a refund.

Don't cover broken producs

Bought a miyoo mini flip that had a shoulder button stop working. Contacted them and they sent me one email saying "Hi, we suggest you can try to take it to your local electronic store to fix it." That's actually the entire email. No further contact after I emailed back saying that would likely be more expensive than the product.

My order was not delivered to my address

I ordered my Miyoo Mini Plus to my home address. Today, I get an email from Hermes that my package has been delivered to a pick-up station. What?? It's not like they came by and I wasn't home, they just delivered to a different address other than the one I specified.
Keepretro really needs to improve the communication between them, the shipment provider and the costumer. This is unacceptable.

2 Orders, Good Experience

Ordered Miyoo Mini Plus and Powkiddy X55 from their websites. Shipment on 2nd order took longer than expected but arrived eventually. Their customer service is very good imo. Pretty happy-satisfied with these purchases.

Frustrated by Lack of Assistance

Ordered a new Miyoo Mini+ back on May 3 2023 (received on May 9 2023), and two buttons on it are tied together, the "start" and "x" buttons, and after some back and forth with the support team, I am either being offered, in order:
1) a massive $5 back on my defective device
2) to spend my own money to take it somewhere to be fixed
3) a full refund, but only if I front the cost of shipping it to China
Needless to say, none of these responses were well received, and I am growing incredibly frustrated, as I've been looking into getting something like this for a couple years, and this is my first experience/opportunity for this emulator I've wanted so much, just for the experience to be soured by the defect and horrible customer support on the matter.

Bought a rg35xx 2 weeks ago, paid expedited shipping it still hasn’t arrived. Emailed the support they sent me a weird tracking website it says my product is still in hong kong. Bought another one yesterday from amazon for my friends birthday and it arrived today. Don’t support this site use amazon.

Actually good customer service

My name is Santiago.

I ordered from this website a week ago. I was told that they will send it after a few days, but i wanted to make sure that everything was correct on my order, since i live on an island in spain and sometimes i find difficulties when buying online.

I talked with them by mail and they helped me with everything I needed, and replied to every message quickly, answering my doubts. At the end we were able to solve the problems that i had for my specific circumstances and they product was already shipped and is on the carrier's hands now.

One of the best customer services I had.

Seemed fine to me

I decided to change my mind at the last minute and change the model and color of my order. They responded quickly and were very helpful. The shipment took a little while but arrived today just fine. I would order again.

No support

I bought a Miyoo mini from them and it stopped working within 2 weeks of using it. I was not updating it when it stopped working. I was playing it and then shut it off. I went back to it an hour later and it won't turn on. I've contacted their support several times and they just told me that I did something wrong. Terrible support, terrible company. do not buy from them.

Very poor customer support

Really bad experience here. I received a defective product and they refused to issue a replacement / refund, and were very rude about it. I highly recommend going through a different merchant, as nothing they sell is unique to their store front.
