scammers, on March 15 I made a withdrawal of one dollar, it's already April 3 and they still haven't paid me!! They don't answer my messages, they are scammers, don't use their page, they waste their time

This app is good but my reward has been pending since March 17, it is now March 29th. I feel like they could at least give a update and reward faster.

They don't pay! The questionnaires cannot be completed because you cannot qualify for any of them. Push notifiction does not work and does not score points. Waste of time!!!Minimum wages. 0.001 or 0.01 per click? No kidding ...

The site does have a few issues as far as offers not showing up in activity log

Terrible Website, waited 2 weeks for my reward and they came up with the excuse, "We posted on Facebook and Twitter as to the reason we were away from the site. With the time taken off your reward is not overdue yet." Now they suspend my account and say "Your account is currently marked as "Please Contact Us".
Please send us a trouble ticket so that we can look into this further for you." Obviously just an excuse to not pay me.

It's a good GTP plataform, gives good credit per completed offers

Good morning .. I continued to use the site .. there is enough variety of offers and pay a fair value for each completed offer .. the problem is still a withdrawal .. withdrawals take too long to fall .. another 3 of my withdrawals complete again 1 week today.

The site always send the payments but sometimes, they sent the payments with two or three days of delay

I had heard great things about Keep Rewarding from a FB group I am on, so I decided to sign up and see what it was all about.

I found an offer on OfferToro on 28th August 2021 to download an app, register, deposit a certain amount of money and wager this money for a significant amount of points.

I clicked, I followed eligibility criteria as outlined and completed the offer. I had NEVER signed up to this offers website before either.

Problems ever since.

I contacted them, they advised to contact OfferToro. I did so. No response. I contacted Keep Rewarding again and they advised to contact OfferToro, I HAD ALREADY. They've now reached out to OfferToro on my behalf, which is great but this shouldn't happen and it's put me off trying any other offers, especially when I spend money on these offers to receive the reward.

Who knows, they might come through for me, get me the points that I am owed and deserve and make me realise that they are a site worth bothering with. But at the moment, I'm unimpressed with the service and the time it is taking to resolve the issue and compensate me.

I've read their other responses to negative reviews, so no doubt I'll receive a similar response but I honestly don't see how I could have done this any differently.

I found an offer, I clicked, I completed and am now awaiting my points. What else is expected of me?

If the system doesn't detect that I've done everything properly, who is at fault there? The user or the service provider?

I have to write another review for this site because it upsets me to see the negative reviews from people who clearly do not read the terms and conditions of the site, or have little knowledge of how GPT sites work. I have had nothing but an excellent experience the Management work hard to make the site as user friendly as possible. There are lots of ways to earn please be patient you will not always qualify for surveys if your demographics dont match with what the survey provider is looking for or if you speed or dont answer honestly. The site may not be the fastest to pay out but they DO Pay and there are lots of ways to earn. They have a Facebook page which is worth reading as people often post offers which have credited for them.

My account is locked due to verification process. They requested for an government issue id with my name and address.

I provided my driver's license with ID # and picture block but that's not enough. There's no reason they need this info.
