On April 28th I sent a request for a refund. I installed the app. and tried using it for 2 days. Every attempt resulted in an error. I sent the error information to customer support who told me to try again. I did, and I got the same results. I requested a refund within the 7 days of purchase and they didn't respond for a day or two. It is the 12th, and they still refuse to refund my purchase. They have asked for log files that do not exist. They insist on trying to make me keep using an app. I no longer want. No app is worth this much hassle.

Most stable stream capture programs i…
Most stable stream capture programs i have found so far, it have had some periods of problems with downloading but all these programs do. KeepStreams also let you easy select video and audio formats of your choice and the possibility to save subtitles as srt if you want is a big benefit.

Does exactly as advertised
Does exactly as advertised. Instead of screen recording for 6 hours, I have downloaded seasons in under an hour. User interface isn't the best, not the easiest to use, and somewhat buggy, but good far outweighs the bad.

Can't Register Can't Authorize Subscription
I bought lifetime KeepStream, but I can't use it because I can't authorize the software, because the system will not respond to with an email registration link. Likewise, I've sent customer support at least 5 messages through direct emails and filling out their online form. It's been several days, no response

90% of the time this is a great piece of software. 10% of the time it's a non functional nightmare. Patience is key. Customer support is sometimes slow but typically does resolve the problems. I do whole heartedly recommend this software and don't regret buying the lifetime pro version of the product in Nov of 2022.

Scam or pure incompetence
I made the mistake of subscribing on a Friday, as Keepstreams Support only responds within 48 hours on "working days". When Support finally got back to me, they wanted me to wait until the new version came out later that week. I immediately insisted on getting a refund, but they made me wait for HOURS.
The weird thing is that the trial version worked perfectly fine, yet after paying for a $20 subscription, it suddenly became incompatible. It'd be paranoid to suggest that was intentional; I'll give them the benefit of doubt and guess that their software is so broken and unreliable that it becomes outdated fast, hence the frequent updates to it.
On the other hand, I couldn't even cancel my subscription outside "working days" through their website; telling me to "please tray again." Yes, that was a real typo.
The fact of the matter is that Keepstreams customer support is utterly TERRIBLE. To promise a 7-day money back guaranteed only to ghost customers borders on the whole thing being a scam.
