Great product but a bit pricey.

I had some original capsules that broke. I reached out to customer service and they offered to replace them without question. This was also the second time I had a capsule break on me, so they offered to replace them with the new flex capsules. I’ve never been happier with a product and customer service. I use my capsules anytime I travel because I hate buying travel size products.

The quality of these capsules falls far short of European manufacturing standards; they're cheaply made plastic bottles with magnets in and the extender tubes don't fit properly, leaving large gaps and misaligned lids. When I contacted Cadence to return the capsules, they said they don't accept returns from international customers and suggested I give them to someone else as a gift. I don't think companies should accept international orders if they won't accept international returns, and I'm shocked by both the quality of the product and the customer service I received. I would not recommend this company.

No problems with this website other than the review tab seems to be inactivated so I decided to leave a review here. I saw these on social media and wondered if I fell into the "Insta Trap" of seeing something on social media and buying it. It was just too nifty to not try out and I had been so frustrated with leaking toiletries and bulky bottles that I had to cram into a quart bag. The price a bit more than I thought, but seeing the how they function once you create your own little travel system, it was probably worth it, so I bit the bullet and bought a few. I first tried the little mini skin care containers and was super impressed with them. I did buy those on amazon as well as another medium size for hair care. For this website, I actually ordered directly and picked out something that I have been needing for jewelry storage and a lone medium container where I chose a pic of a capsule or pill as the label on top. I also ordered an extender to make it a larger size if I bought a big pill bottle of ibuprofen. I ordered on a Tuesday and it came quickly on Saturday. These containers are definitely worth it! They are leak proof, they are polygon shaped so the container is easy to screw and unscrew so no worries. There are pretty colors to choose and plenty of tile labels to choose from or you can use a pic where a sun is obviously for sunscreen, comb is for hair product, pill is a med bottle, and so on. They are so customizable for whatever you need or want to take with you on a trip. The containers all contain magnets where they will stick together in a "cohesive honeycomb" design that makes it easy to put into a quart bag. Not to mention the neatness is almost induces a sense of calm. I love that magnets also allow the lid to stick to the side of the container so there is no lost lids to contend with. Tiles are interchangeable and it makes it nice if you want to use a larger size for cleanser, vs small so just switch tiles to a larger container. The other things I find myself doing is taking a few containers to work with me filled with hand cream, ibuprofen, and it's so easy to get in and out of my bag. The fact that these are magnetized almost makes them like a fidget toy. I think these are truly worth it. I love the philosophy behind it. I love supporting a great idea. AAPI owned too and that is something that I try to also support. Thank you

DO NOT ORDER. Shipping was delayed by 1 month, customer service is non existent, One of my items is defective, and I received the wrong items. It's been a while since I've had such an all around negative buying experience from a business. Wish I had read the comments on Instagram before asking for these items for Christmas. Would give 0 stars if I could.
