Helpful, Patient and Professional
Mark was incredibly helpful on our call. There were some issues with my laptop and so needing to use my phone meant we had to be cut off, then had to rejoin a few times. He was very patient and professional throughout it all and sorted out all my issues. He organised a new order I requested on the spot and answered all my questions. I was very grateful.

Changing the device from manual to auto…
Changing the device from manual to auto config and stopping services for manual device is burden to the customers. I bought it in February 2025 and asking me to change the device within 6 months is totally disgusting, after paying hefty money for manual device. Apart from this device change, everything else is good including the service.
