Is this company going bust

Is this company going bust? I have been trying to buy from them for a couple of weeks now. A friend tried the website for me today but we cannot pay for anything. I have tried contacting them and they tell me there is nothing wrong with their website but I cannot pay by PayPal or using my bank card

Happy with product

I bought kefir milk grains through a third party. Great product; making delicious Kefir daily. Interested to see how long the culture survives!

Mouldy grains and bad customer service

On this occasion I purchased both a kefir and vegetable fermentation kit as well as milk grains. Some years ago I had bought the kit and grains and successfully made kefir for some time, and went on to buy a kit and grains for a friend who was poorly. Having misplaced some of the components I happily reinvested to start my kefir journey again. Unfortunately the milk grains they supplied had black mould which I photographed and emailed to them. They responded quickly advising me to throw the grains away and start again with more grains. I contacted them twice asking if they intended to replace the defective batch, but didn’t hear from them again. Clearly the customer service has taken a nosedive since they started the business and I will be regrettably by buying from Freshly Fermented, who have a much better trustpilot rating. Also interesting to note that they aren’t a limited company and so their company’s status and financial affairs aren’t available to the public.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered the water grains kit, but I received the milk grains in error. And how did Kefirko deal with its error? They told me they would not send out the water grains until I went to the post office to return their milk gains first. So, not only am I now an untrustworthy person who will steal their milk grains, they've put the onus on me to go out of my way to sort out their mess before I can have the order I paid for. I told them I didn't have time to rush to the post office on their demand and to send the water grains, and I would return their milk grains as soon as I could get to the post office. They ignored me. They have a severe ineptitude for business. You don't treat your customers that way. The grains are worth about £15. I ordered a £200 headset from the USA. It was the wrong size, so I contacted the seller, and they sent me two more headsets from which to choose my size. That's £400 worth of headsets. I chose my size and returned the two I didn't want. The company told me to return the headsets at my convenience. I think this puts this company's severe disrespect for its customers into perspective. I want nothing to do with them. If they get your order right, I'm sure they won't bare their teeth. But if they get it wrong, it's all your fault, and you had better run to the post office and return their grains. Otherwise, you won't receive what you paid for. They are thieves. Why should I trust them when they can't get the order right to begin with, and then they turn it on me to fix their error? They have a lot to learn about customer service. What a disgrace!
