SCAMMER ALERT - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, what a saga...!
If it could be a zero star it would. Ordered through the website in which was a pretty smooth process. Once the order was placed received multiple emails regarding purchase has been processed, order number etc etc. Website states delivery within NSW 8 days, upon the 7th day of no communication, I reached out to the 1300 # that diverted directly to a voice mail. Left a message and received a text ,

I then called again in an attempt to actually discuss my order with someone and then received the following.

Thanks for letting us know.
The order has been processed and placed. We’ll confirm once we get confirmation from our NSW team for the delivery.

Hi thanks for the response. Just to confirm, your website states up to 8 days for delivery, this is one reason for using your company to purchase as it is required for this weekwnds grandfinal. Would appreciate if you could chase up and provide a more definative delivery date, hopefully this will be tomorrow. Appreciate your assistance. Cheers Rick

That’s correct, the order is expected for delivery tomorrow.
Delivery didnt turn up as expected so I proceeded to call the 1300# once again. As I expected no answer, at this stage, I realised I had been scammed, I sent a text to the number that sent me previous text as per below.
Mmm ok, is this a scam.. I feel like I have been scammed?
My response from them was this.
No, Rick,
I’m sorry it wasn’t sent today, but due to the Grand Final, this week’s orders have had to be moved to next week.
We have your order and will make sure it’s delivered to you.
Thursday 9th Oct, I call the 1300# once again, surprise i was answered by some poor bloke that obviously is a call centre employee from who knows where, and began to explain that the kegorator was still in Sydney as they are having difficulty with my location, (40 kilometers outside the National Capital, on the south coast freight line. ????). We have basically every freight company deliver to our town daily. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that the manager was in Italy and that he would send him the information pertaining to my enquiry to seek a solution???. It was purveyed to me that me collecting it from Canberra may be a soulution. With a scam in mind I ahreed to collect from Canberra, however it was advised that managers approval would be required.As a result no further communication from this business has been received and no goods are yet to be received. Obviously ive been scammed.
