Absolutely AVOID. Just dont do it .. non existent customer service .. products can’t be returned as you cant contact customer service to arrange this. Not a word about returning on website. They never answer emails and chat is leading no where. On top of everything Keith products are not pure titanium ..its an amalgamation of metals, not pure titanium.
Keith Titanium is a disgrace and should be avoided ..

Absolutely non existent customer service - Avoid!
If you are thinking about ordering from them, I'd reconsider and try to find another distributor instead. I've been trying to return items for 10 days now and it has proven to be an extremely difficult process. Nobody answers the phone, nobody was there to receive the returned items, emails are barely being answered to (and only because I contacted Keith US). I don't know what is going on but based on my experience I truly regret wasting my money and my time with that "business".
Edit: the issue has eventually been solved so I added a star. Apparently they were unresponsive because they left on vacation but still not the customer service I would expect from a supposedly established brand like that. Even an automated email answer saying that they would be back in a few weeks would have been a lot better than being left in the dark for a long time.
