Good company to deal with
Service at the branch was fine, just need to sort the website so that customers can't order items for collection that aren't actually stocked at that branch. i.e. ordered 4.8m CLS ('in stock') for collection from Horfield - only to be told later (after I had paid & completed the purchase) they only keep 4.8m at Swindon. Made do with an alternative.

Service is dreadful
Service is dreadful. Delivery due last Friday,did not appear. Phoned them Saturday morning to be told the van broke down and they only had skeleton staff. Promised a call Monday to resolve...no one called. Phoned them again today and was told delivery on it's way. Get home to find only one length of timber delivered!!! No pvc or fixings!!! Total joke.

I ordered some timber for a small DIY project. Website easy to use. Shop did a Good follow up after I ordered, confirming my order and giving options for delivery slot. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend kellaway.

Not in branch when due, unhelpful staff
Ordered some Oak quadrant and told it would be at my local branch to collect four days later. Then had message it was delayed, rang to progress and then told it was in Malmesbury ( not local to me)and I could I could collect it myself or wait another week. Apparently they were too busy stock taking. Zilch customer service and still waiting for my refund.
