I bought two (2) “Bring on The Beach Bag’s”. One for my niece and one for myself, for our family trip to the beach this summer. Since, we were flying and they were driving, I had the beach bags shipped to my niece. (this is important later).
Kelly’s product’s are so amazing, I also bought the weekender bag and the XL Out of Town Tote, because they were on sale for 50% off (Final Sale)! How can anyone resist that!
I was really bummed when one of the rivets broke on the handle, on the first leg, of our multi-city trip. Fortunately, my niece was able to take the full bag home with her, since I couldn’t fly with it, and ship it back to me.
I contacted Kelly Wynne Customer Service to see if they could do anything, it was a final sale after all. They IMMEDIATELY, said they would ship me a new bag. THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
You would think that is where the amazing customer service ended, but it’s not. When I checked the shipping information, they had shipped the new bag to my niece (remember I sent the beach bags there), the last address, I had shipped to. I notified them and they changed the address, however, even though it showed the change of address, the shipper didn’t get it in time, and it went to my niece. She was SOOO excited when it came, thinking her Auntie and Uncle sent it to her for her birthday. I sent another another e-mail off to KW’s Customer Service telling them what happened. I told them “I didn’t have the heart to tell my niece it was a mistake. That she is a wonderful niece, mommy, wife, and really deserved it. Please let me know what a new bag would be, just charge it to my account and send it to me”. Their response was: “Wow, you’ve really had quite a time with this bag”. It sounds like your niece does deserve this bag too. I’ve gone ahead and shipped one to you free of charge”. Say what? Who does that anymore. Thank you, Kelly Wynne.
