Poor quality product and unprofessional company

I ordered 4 packets of chews, only 3 turned up, packets were under weight and incorrect amount of chews, 12gms of crumbly dust in 2 packets. I complained, i was asked to video opening a sealed packet, even though their return policy only requires photos, currently they refuse to answer me, its been 2 Business days. I would definately NOT recomend using this unprofessional company.

My dog loves the product…but…

My dog loves the product AND it seems to be helping her with her allergies. So, I thought I’d give it a try and ordered one packet on a one time purchase for CAD$69.99.
Unbeknownst to me I was charged an add CAD$92.99 (for ONE packet!!!) and when I reached out to inquire about the charge I was informed that I was on a subscription which I did not opt in to.

They said that they’ve cancelled the subscription…we’ll see if I’ll be charged in August!

Buyer be aware…READ THE FINE PRINT. For what it’s worth…I think their C/S “team” is AI.
